Staff was sort of rude. Internet was down for two days. When I asked about it I was told to go ,”if it that important, go to the Burger King down the block.” I valeted park and the attendant was never to be found. Twice someone else came and found my keys and I had to go get the car my self. Another time the attendant was at lunch and we waited over 45 minutes for him to come back.

Pros (+) The room was fine. Comfortable pillows. AC worked well. A few hairs in the bathroom but overall clean.
Cons (-) One person working in the late evening after 10pm. A 12 story downtown hotel with ONE employee. They lock the doors at 7pm, and the ONE employee sits at her desk in the back room where she can't see the front door. We stood out with the homeless people and the smokers puffing away, awkwardly waiting with our bags. Finally a hotel guest let us in and then mildly scolded us for not using our room ke...

Pros (+) Excellent Location. Near Rice and the medical center, and just about everything else downtown. A quick Uber ride to anywhere. Has a restaurant and bar. Staff is friendly.
Cons (-) Charges for everything. From self parking to coffee in the morning... everything has a price. The only thing included in the price is the WiFi and TV service.

Cons (-) Antiquated tv system. Tiny, slow, intermittently connected set with a tricky remote and bad interface. Acoustically thin walls. Tiny room. Bad communication between desk and cleaning staff. Might have been nice once upon a time.
