Hotels near Hua Hin airport

Pros: Staff is outstanding. The food in the restaurant was delicious, both Thai and western dishes were cooked with the perfect cuisson. The rooms had a large balcony with a lounge bed, excellent for relaxing in comfort. The beach is perfect for having a stroll.

Cons: I am being picky here, but at a 5 star hotel you can. The floor in the room was just concrete/cement, no tiles nor carpet. Literally the cheapest floor possible, not fit for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. In comparison to Devasom Phang Na the breakfast choice was small. The loafs of bread were bakery level quality but the pastry was dissapointingly of industrial supermarket level. I wanted to read a book at the beach but at 2pm/14:00 they removed all the umbrellas from the seating area, strange to take away all shadow on the hottest time of the day. Devasom Hua Hin is a good hotel, but falls short in comparison to other 5 star hotels. In reality is a good 4 star hotel.

Pros: This hotel is very well maintained with all the western standards. The staff is very good, and listening to any request and fast which is pretty rare even at this level of price in Thailand . We should the private villa on the beach and it was beautiful, colonial style. We loved it.😍😍🥰🥰

Pros: Location is nice next to the beach, but far from Hua Hin center, pool is large and comfortable, some staff is ok, others are indifferent and have to request 3 times before they follow-up. The interior of the cottage looks ok. The view from our cottage was good

Cons: Staff is indifferent, the bed sheets too small for the mattress. Had to ask 2 times and they got the right size sheets from another cottage. Apparently they don’t have enough correct sized sheets??? Found dust all over the room. Even worse is that we were bitten by bed bugs and had spots on our legs, not sure it was the bed or the small couch. Breakfast is greasy. Limited lunch and dinner options. Overpriced drinks. Won’t come back.

Pros: Room was spacious. the villa style resort allows better social distancing.

Cons: WIFI was not working at all. Breakfast could be improved. Hot shower did not work well. The water became burning hot or cold while bathing which is dangerous. Pool water was murky.

Pros: Great rooms, with a little garden, warm baby friendly pool, and a free cot. Very helpful staff, even sent us a birthday cake which was not expected. Vast very green and shady area, my 2-year-old had so many places to walk and explore on his little bike. Excellent clean beach.

Cons: A lot of things are closed due to covid, this is a bit annoying but not hotels' fault. Also no real place for a kid to play, no one lonely cheap chinese slider- I think hotels of this level; should invest more into children.

Pros: Excellent, spacious grounds, with comfortable rooms and outstanding service from all the hotel staff. We went for a quiet famly break and to enjoy the space and fitness facilities. We were very impressed wth all aspects of the hotel. The main pool over looking the beach is a lovely place to spend the day. The hotel gym is well equipped, although when we stayed, only open from 9am until 7pm, meaning we had to do our morning workouts outside - not a problem as the hotel has such large grounds. Would recommend for families, although may need a car for evenings as there are no eating out options close to the hotel

Cons: Overall is good, I like it. But just a little thing we have faced. We booked and requested extra bed in advance, reconfirmed with front if extra bed has already been prepared, they said yes, it is already done, but after we checked-in (we arr hotel at the night time) and went to our room, we found out that there is no extra bed in the room, we kept waiting about 15min but nothing still. Then we have to call front office again to ask them took the extra bed for us.

Pros: The staff went out of their way to do their very best and be attentive. Much was done to compensate for the main pool being closed.

Cons: The problem was that they were only partially opened due to COVID - which was not their fault. This impacted food service. Wearing a mask everywhere is not a "vacation", but required. For $`140 per night in Thailand, it ought to be much better. Also, my wife came away with multiple bites on her body from her twin bed. Very unusual and shocking. Note to file - don't go again until COVID is completely over...

Pros: There was a variety of food on breakfast and they all tasted really good! We also loved the views, especially the atmosphere of the outdoor breakfast, and the overall design of the parks and swimming pools were great!

Pros: Very nicely designed hotel with lovely attention paid to details. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Beautiful clean room, very nice amenities and, nice balcony. Breakfast is great! Wonderful roof-top pool, a nice hide-out after a day in Hua Hin. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the city center every other hour or upon request, an excellent service We‘d always come back!

Cons: My experience was great and I felt very comfortable. One thing that bothered me was the noise on the 7th floor. I had room 701 and I loved it but one early morning the music in the lounge was up a bit too loud and it disturbed me. That’s my only minor complaint.

Cons: Insects every where in the resort and villa (toilet, bed, sofa...) there is no beach, only view of the ocean. The pool in villa wasn't clean and water was too cold to use it. Inside the villa there is espresso machine but no espresso cups! There are a lot of things that need to be improved, when I booked I was very confident that my stay will be enjoyable because this is a mövenpick resort, but I was very disappointed and I had to check out early because my daughter had +10 insect bites.

Pros: Great hospitality from the lady owner, really helpful. Water, cookies, coffee, tea free all day long. 1 min walk to mini van station. I would have no fuss if the mattress was a bit softer.

Cons: First, the staft cant even speak simple english. Sofa at the reception is dirty and smelly! Second, the facility is very old and less maintained. Aircon i think seldom been service, thats why not so cool and very noisy. Cleanliness is bad and toiletries provided is limited, no hair dryer. Toilet is our night mare, floor edges is full with moth and rusted surface. Mineral water provided is salty!!! Nearby has limited choice of restaurant, since the hotel restaurant only open on morning and evening after 5pm?? Beware!! The Airport shuttle is Only available at 3pm and 8pm, other time slot is not free at all!! Last, this hotel doesnt have lift, and our room is located at second floor, staft doesn't help us to take luggage and nt even lead us to the room.
