Pros: We LOVE everything about the hotel. The location is very easy to find (we drove from Bangkok). The staff at the reception is energetic and effective, so check-in process is smooth and quick. Also, all staff of the hotel is very friendly and treats us with service mind. No matter where we met them in the hotel, every of them greeted us and said "Sawasdee krub/ka" to us with smile. The room is very expansion and beautiful. It comes with a medium pool and big sofa. The bed and pillows are so comfy. The bathroom and toilet has a lot of space with big bathtub. The soundproof system is excellent, it makes the room calm and quiet. I really had nice sleep there. The restaurant in the hotel serve delicious breakfast. I tried its dinner once and it was good too, a bit expensive, though. The spa is excellent with reasonable price and the fitness room is ok with the facilities in it. To sum up, this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

Pros: There's a private pool in every villa unfortunately the water is very cold if there's lack of sunlight to your room. The main pool is nice. Breakfast variety are abundant with choices. Discounts for early birds to spa. Drive here if you have a choice there's plenty of parking and convenient to drive to tourist attractions.

Pros: This is our second stay in G Resort, and we will be back. The hotel is arranged around a large, clean, and well-managed swimming pool, with all rooms having direct view of it. Going to the swimming pool is basically a matter of taking the elevator down-stairs, which we found very convenient. Every other hotel convenience, the pool-side bar, the gym, kids playground, reception etc is within 30 second walking distance, which, for those who look to spend much of their time by the pool, is simply perfect. The room is a good size, comfortably arranged, good bathroom, and air-conditioning that works well. The bed is enormous, which for us, having two young children of 1 and 3 that sleep with us, was a major plus. The bed is also comfortable. The balcony is large and include a large couch, and is perfect for a late-evening relaxation with a drink and a view of the pool. The Staff the friendly and helpful at all times. WiFi generally works well, has good coverage and acceptable speed, and allowed us to perform most of what we are sued to be doing online. There are many good restaurants around the hotel. Those like us who like authentic Thai food can find it near by, and for a good price. Those who prefer western style food, or Japanese, will easily find that too. The hotel is situated a 5-minute walk from the Hua Hin Market Village shopping center to the north, and a kilometer from the bigger and newer BluePort shopping center to the south. Both are great, including shopping, playgrounds for kids, food courts, live music, and other entertainment activities. The beach is a 5-minute walking distance, and requires crossing the main street, which can be a bit tricky. There is a crossing with traffic lights 50 meters to the south, it is strongly recommended to use it. The waters are high during the mornings, and not much sand is available. Around late afternoon the waters recede, and if the weather is calm, the beach becomes a pleasant place to be.

Pros: A fantastic hotel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff who speak very good English. The lovely lady who looked after our room was very kind and VERY fastidious. She also made some AMAZING art with our towels

Every time we walked in we were greeted with smiles. Room was on the road which was beautiful, could see the sea & didn’t hear the traffic
