Pros (+) We stayed at the Residence Inn for a weekend. This is a solid hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is complimentary; overall, a good value for the money. My only complaint is that the hotel staff knocked on our door around 9 am on our checkout day. I still don't understand the purpose for this; I found it annoying. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful stay!
Cons (-) When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby while I sat on hold with Kayak. Apparently there was an issue with Kayaks credit card. We had to eat in the lobby and my guests were fussy and the front desk couldn't even fix the issue. She had to call out for outside help. Unacceptable.
