Location. Right next to train tracks. Excessive noise
Our experience was outstanding. The highlight was the tastey breakfast and the staff was so kind.
Staff, breakfast, room and location were perfect. Met my expectations and then some. The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job and we were really pleased.
Because of the location near Raystown Lake, PA, I felt the staff should have been more informative about the lookout point and how to get to the visitor's center. Sometimes, when we asked questions, they seemed to lack knowledge of the area's offerings.
Temperature in the room was very comfortable, also liked coffee/tea maker. Free breakfast is great.
A/C was very cold in hallways. Trains going nearby were very loud.
King sized beds with firm mattress guaranteed a good night's sleep. The room was more spacious than expected. Staff had excellent recommendations on local eating options. Morning breakfast bar was excellent. Would stay here again.
A bit far from center of town and Juniata College, but this was no problem, since we had an automobile.
Staff went out of there way to make the experience the best it could be
Great place and great location for our first trip to Raystown Lake. A very nice park directly across from the hotel. The pool was clean and nice and warm but a lighting issue made it off limits after dark.
The biggest downfall was that a train frequently made its way passed the hotel and woke us all during the night.
Building had strong odor of cleaning solvents. Placed us in handicap room
