The reception team was great. Mrs Doha, Mrs Amira, and Mr. Mark were very professional staff. The reception team and staff were the most helpful and friendliest people I’ve ever met. The check-in process was seamless. The hotel room was so comfortable, and the views from the room simply stunning.

The food was really good and had a lot of diversity. The room was big and clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was pretty empty and they gave us a room with the worst view possible, even though there were a lot of rooms available with a better view. We did a spa treatment and at the end the masseuse asked for a tip in a very rude way that kind of ruined the experience.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.
