Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
Entertainment could be better. Choice and variety of movies was not great

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
Customer service is very bad. They don’t understand English or Arabic which made it very hard to communicate with them. Also when calling to discuss any issue with ticket reservation they hang the phone on you even when speaking to the manager. I will not fly Turkish airlines and I will not recommend to family and friends
Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???

Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for 3-5 mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours
Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience
Stale, bad and limited food, drink options. Entertainment system was broken, old and had barely any latest contents.
Love that they had a bassinet for our child during the flight. Thank you for that big time.

Cairo airport has probably the most stressful and overcomplicated security system in the world. Can't really blame Egypt Airlines.
I have been traveling for over 30 years, and this was THE worst experience ever. The guy that was checking in at Dubai, didn’t have any professionalism or curtesy. During the flight, You had to wait a while just to get something to drink. They didn’t transfer all my luggage, even after they made me pay $155 extra for one small gallon of Zamzam water, and that luggage is still missing after three days of my arrival. NEVER AGAIN..,
The flight was cancelled with very little info at the airport. Absolutely mess with no option to reschedule flights without paying fortune for business class.
On time, smooth flight… very old and run down aircraft
Despite paying business class, the angle seat was uncomfortable. The crew was just ok. The baggage checkin was a mess at JNB.

Comfortable flight with decent legroom and good seats. The crew were helpful and courteous and managed well with the stressful boarding and the chaos that’s involved. The food was decent, more than expected from a short flight like this. The only reservation I have was that the crew allowed passengers to board With massive amounts of hand luggage which were piled up on the empty seats next to passengers and and it was a risk to all passengers in the case of turbulence or emergency landing. I’ve never seen this ever on any flights I have boarded with many other airlines.
