Good location close to bars, restaurants, and ferries. This is an older hotel with good parking. Owners/staff were very nice and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.

Pros (+) The location was great! It was easy to walk to restaurants and museums in Hyannis and to the boat to Nantucket. The room was clean, and the breakfast was basic. The price was affordable. There was a parking attendant on weekends to ensure only motel guests parked there. They were doing repairs to the motel during reasonable hours.
