Overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very nice and convenient to the airport but starting to show its age. I would still recommend to travelers that don’t mind spending the extra Baht.

Tennyson, Nov 2023 - Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit
The staff and location on points. I really didn’t get to enjoy the facility much as I was out most of the time. But I left an item in the hotel lobby and was able to retrieve it bc the staff keep it and returned it to me. It was a small item but sentimental as I got it in another one of my travels from Spain. So truly enjoy my stay and felt very safe there.

Callen, Jan 2018 - Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Pros (+) Proximity to the Bangkok airport (on site); luxurious accommodations. Policy of a 24 hour stay from check in was great. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and the hours of service 3:00 am to 10:30 am made it easy to catch a meal even if you have a very early flight. The airport shuttle service is very good with the vans going and coming from the airport every few minutes.
Cons (-) My wife and adult son were with me and they would not let us stay three to a room. This made the stay quite expensive, two rooms for $350. Based on this, I would probably not stay again if traveling with a party of three.

Cesar, Mar 2017 - Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Pros (+) Closeness to airport.
Cons (-) There's supposed to be an underground walkway connecting to hotel from the airport. Never found it. What I did find was a little table by accident with name of hotel offering shuttle ride. TG. Desconcertin lobby space. Room was spacious but there was a leaky ceiling above bathroom door which caused me to slip when I had to get up in the middle of the night tonuse bath room. By morning there was a ...

Pros (+) We stayed at several different hotels during our month-long stay in Thailand; most for under $20 per night and many for under $10. At an online price of $220 (we only stayed the one night), but being able to simply walk from your hotel and avoid the 24hr Bangkok traffic to catch your return flight is worth almost any price.
Cons (-) Every place we stayed, the showers drained poorly and flooded the bathroom. This place was no exception. At least they provided lots of extra towels.

Cate, Jan 2017 - Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Pros (+) love that it's right at the airport, very comfortable, great facilities, good breakfast.
Cons (-) I booked an overnight stay but my kayak reservation said check in sunday/check out monday (correct) but the hotel booking said "day use only" (which is inherently paradoxical to overnight check in/out) and desk person was very insistent I had booked it wrong (I did not) then put me in a smoking room when I clearly indicated non-smoking on the rez. Not so great. Got moved but didn't have the check ...

Anonymous, Dec 2016 - Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport
Pros (+) Proximity to airport and ability to avoid Bangkok traffic make the Novotel well worth the price of the room.
Cons (-) We stayed in room 1531. During the night, the lights in our room on would flicker on between the hours of 2AM-5AM. I thought the room could have been haunted but was too scared to research. Regardless, there was some sort of wiring issue which made for an unrelaxing night of sleep.
