Poor
David, Jun 2021 - Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Pros (+) I thought the service was great. The staff was polite and very accommodating.
Cons (-) The location was terrible. Every night and day we left the hotel, there was drug addicts, homeless ppl or protests going on outside. At night you could not sleep well because music would be blasting from ppls cars, and there would be ppl arguing and yelling in the street. It was definitely not the Hyatt experience I remember or would think of.

Tiffany, Nov 2019 - Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Pros (+) I absolutely loved the Club level and Club access, with wonderful food and beverages, as well as amazing service!!
Cons (-) It would have been better had at least the hot tub been available for use. I can understand the outdoor pool needing to be shut down during your winter schedule, however the hot tub could still be used, and those of us from colder regions don't recognize your winter temps as cold lol

Natalia, Jan 2018 - Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Pros (+) Good location, beautiful building, nice room
Cons (-) No parking. I booked this hotel because wanted to make sure we will have parking. Hyatt’s parking was full so they pretty much told us to find parking anywhere we can and it’s not their problem. It was freezing cold outside so it was a big inconvenience for us

Anonymous, Jun 2017 - Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina
Pros (+) Good location, friendly staff, modern facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Pool area needs a bit sprucing up. Area is lush and green with nice landscaping. This is a rooftop pool and the potted landscaping could use some attention. Also, no towels were available though, we were told there were.
