Great position. At the very intersection of everything. City life, oldtown, citadel, shops, venues, port to Formentera, car and bike rents, bus stops to anywhere. All just at a few steps out of the door of a traditional stylish looking downtown hotel. View on the main square. Montesol cafe just at street level the place to chill down and see life passing by. We loved being here as a position and as Hotel traditional style and for value for money. Rooms are also "traditionally" small and the plain simple windows and glasses allow the Ibiza long lasting life noises to pour inside. We would have preferred to leave the noises out once closed the windows.
Excellent service, quiet safe hotel very well located, and anything you need they will take care of for you. Other than it being a bit pricy not really.... the service was excellent
Privbacy, quality service, quiet.
Lovely well thought out luxuries and sweet efficient staff . Picked us up from restaurant to take us to the airport! Restaurant too small and outside terrace a bit cramped!
The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The facilities are well above average. Rooms luxurious (we were in room 33.) The top floor rooms have minimal view but the otherwise exemplary surroundings more than made up for that.
The beautiful bathroom, the extremely helpful staff and excellent service such as parking your car is there wasn't an available space. Nothing - it was wonderful
Fantastic holiday experience! Friendly and helpful staff, luxury room, good location... I can not wait to visit again!
We really enjoyed the fabulous location, luxury and service. You get a really peaceful night's sleep even though the busy bars etc. are just 5 mins away!
the hotel is located in a quiete part of the city and we can walk to the old city and some clubs the price
Service at the hotel was terrible especially at the front desk. I made my reservation through AMOMA.com and it was not clear on how the booking was going to be managed, the number of people and beds were not clear in the reservation. The older man that was at the front desk when we checked in was rude and did not help or offer any options to accommodate the 4 of us into one room. I understood the room only had 3 beds which wasn't a problem for us as we were only going to be in the room for a few hours before taking off to our next destination, therefore sleeping/using the beds was not an issue for us. He could've suggested that we pay for the extra person in the room despite having one bed short (we didn't care) but instead he was adamant that only 3 of us were allowed to go up to the room. We ended up having to pay for the 4th person when I checked out which we had no problem with but the old guy gave us a hard time and didn't offer us that option. The room was not what I had expected, maybe this is the standard for Europe but definitely not in the US. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
Old structure, but very clean.Good position near center and Pacha.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Over priced for what it was. I was also expecting a double bed but only twin beds on offer
Very comfortable hotel, huge room, lovely roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi, very convenient for town
Friendly and helpful staff, much better than 2** and 3*** hotels. Water pool and restaurant on the roof. Good location. Free wi-fi in rooms. More fruits for breakfast
the location was very good and the hotel is clean and comfort with nice reception comparing to other hotels in Ibiza. the room was nice also however the staff were not qualified enouph. i didin't like the staff working in the reception they were not kind when we arraived at the hotel. their language was poor.
Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful & accommodating which I find rare at the end of season in tourist resorts. The location, comfort, cleanliness & facilities of the hotel were ideal for an Ibiza holiday - especially as it has ample parking. The view from the harbour facing rooms isn't great but I doubt that you'd be able to find much better anywhere in Ibiza town.
roof top pool expensive for what it is
Friendly customer service, comfortable room
The distance from the hotel to the centre of Ibiza town. The hotel is outdated, we believe that the price/quality ratio was such that you pay too much money for what you get. Especialy compared to hotels in the middle east + rest of Europe we visited.
The hotel was in a very good location and It was easy to get around. Staff was not friendly at all, Free parking is not an option at all as the current capacity is up to 8 cars, Breakfast is average The hotel needs renovation and it is definitely not a 4th star hotel.
The location was very convenient (10 minutes walk to Ibiza Town) with good views and nice scenery / sights to visit. The hotel is located in a quiet area but close to the parties, which is good after a night out! The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient! The wi-fi is an additional cost! I am never quite sure why hotels charge for wi-fi as it is considered a basic these days.
The staff! Everyone was so helpful. Especially Anita, Anita,Rita, Maria and Balazs! Nothing! I loved it tremendously!
The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. Despite comments below, the hostal is good value for money. The hostal is ready for some renovation and the room was a little small.
central, nice people, int eh middle of all the Ibiza action, well kept, simple but sorted out. No
easy go to the beach and to the shops/bars
nice pool, apartment was nice, location was alright salt water out of the shower and tap in the room was annoying
Service the food
lift was going only one way, first photo on booking, not real, they dont have so big swimming pool
Front desk guy with the curly hair was very helpful!
very shabby hotel
The maids cleaned well. It was cheap if you didn't buy the breakfast. The toilet was wobbly and my partner said to be careful to sit on it fully or it may come away and leak. It smelt too. Noisy as walls so thin. Poor breakfast for cost. We left 3 days early to stay somewhere nicer but haven't checked if they refunded yet. Better have !
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great Location, good clientel, helpful front desk, defintely would return! internet service sucks
Apartment was clean and comfortable.
The place might be ok if you want to stay for a longer period but not really recommendable for just one night. It's an apartment that was split into several rooms (each one can be locked, of course). The room itself had a nice terrace and the Hostel offered us to leave our luggage during the afternoon in a locker. The Hostel does not have a reception so you have to check in at Hostel "La Marina" in Calle Barcelona 7 to pick up and bring back the keys (leaving 20 eur deposit). Having to check in at another place which is about 1km away is very annoying and the walk with your suitcase will be over disturbing flagstones the whole way. The bathroom of the room was so small that especially sitting on the toilet makes you have your "business" done sideways: there's no place for your legs (not even for small people!). In general the room was pretty noisy (nights and mornings: cleaning machines passed 3 times, people shouting...). Better windows could solve this noise problem.
Great location, quirky rooms which suit Ibiza's style, clean & quiet. Close, easy walk to harbour and city. Good cafes close by. No reception, you have to get keys from the hostal Marina on the harbour. Not easy to find if you don't know the area, a 10 minute walk.
Hotel was horrible, far too loud and hot
