Facilities, hotel staff, quality of food and services was all at top. It's good for a very calm family trip with small kids or elderly who just want to enjoy a few days. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you need to take a taxi or there is a hotel bus twice a day to "nearby" cities Alanya or Antalya. Otherwise there is nothing to do outside of the hotel in the close proximity.
The Spa experience was super The Spa, whilst highly enjoyable and recommendable had too much of a hard sell on massages and therapies which the (Manager?) claimed to have almost medical qualifications in telling you what you must do healthwise, we didnt need/want this pressure
the food was great, the staff was great, except the reception they would not accecpt my reservation with booking.com at first
I stayed with my family for 4 nights in Meryan hotel with my family me ,my husband and our 3 children age 6 months ,6 and 9 years with our nanny (baby sitter).I knew about this hotel from booking web site and had a family room (2 connecting rooms facing the sea),they provided out with extra bed with 35 euro extra charge per night. It was excellent experience, the hotel staff were great . The food was super excellent in all meals and snacks .That are very nice with children keeping all family busy with the activities. They had nice animation show. .I will highly recommend this hotel for families The negatives are the air conditioning is not working efficiently in all rooms and the water slide working only twice a day for short period .
We very much liked compactness of hotel, various kitchen. Having a rest only eight days, it seems that time has flown by much more. Home have returned really had a rest. Fine conditions Unsatisfactory condition of a beach (plank beds and umbrellas from the sun in many places were absent), bathrooms in numbers (the shower cabin, shortage of means of hygiene leaked), paid replacement of beach towels.
