The hotel was in very poor shape. Internet, gym, AC, etc., either didn’t work or were barely useable. We don’t get any of our requests fulfilled. Staff was pretty rude about questions.

This Hampton is the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The furniture is beyond repair. Holes in mattress from broken springs the bed literally sagged in the middle from never being rotated. Parking lot full of potholes. Damaged shower heads. Lackluster housekeeping (body wash container was empty). The hotel is aware of these issues, but just doesn’t care.
