The hotel put us into a different room, which turned out to be an oversized queen. It was nice they gave us a big room, but this wasn't the room that I booked. I liked that because they couldn't give me the room I requested they said they would send out a free night voucher. I have yet to see this voucher, but it's only been a few days since my stay.
I got to the hotel to check in, and they told me they couldn't give me the room I requested. The room I requested was a premium king suite with jetted tub. Instead of that they put me in an oversized queen room. Which was a nice room, but literally the reason I paid so much for one night in a hotel room was because of the jetted tub in the room. I was very displeased by this, and even though it wasn't booking.com's fault, it sucked. The hotel never contacted me letting me know that they could not give me the room that I booked. This was the first time this has ever happened, and I've used booking.com to make reservations many times in the past.
This is a beautiful hotel. It was clean, check in/out was easy, online booking was easy and quick. The room was new, very nice. The shower head and water pressure were excellent. We had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. If we hadn't had dinner plans we would have been able to eat dinner in the hotel. I am certain the meal offered in the evening would have been delicious based on our overall experience here. We have to return next month to Indianapolis and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the beautiful facility.
Unfortunately we weren't able to use the hot tub because there were many small children running around the pool area being very loud and making it impossible to relax.
Always clean and the staff is very friendly
Yes the breakfast was excellent, great hospitality will stay again and reccomend to everyone.
Have non pork food , beef or Turkey, or chicken.
THEIR BREAKFAST IS ALWAY GOOD, THERE WERE A LOT OF HOTEL GUEST AND IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO MANEUVER IN THE BREAKFAST AREA.
Indianapolis, the capital of Indiana is a great place to visit if you’re traveling for business or pleasure. The city offers much to do and there are plenty of great hotels. However, not all of the hotels are family owned and operated nor can they provide the individualized attention that a small business such as the Drury Inn and Suites Indianapolis Northeast can provide. The standards are high for service, and the family’s expectations start with the employees treating guests like they’re old friends. This is why the hotel has such a great welcoming atmosphere for travelers.
Because the Drury Inn and Suites Indianapolis Northeast is located near the Castleton Business Park, there are a lot of amenities in the hotel that appeal to business travelers. First on the list is the business center. Like the entire hotel, it offers complimentary WiFi. With printing services and other tools at your disposal, business travelers can get the job done effectively so that they’re ready for the next day’s work. The free parking saves money and time, while the pool is perfect to relax in – especially after spending a day in meetings.
The hotel has a breakfast included. This is not the only food option. There are plenty of dinner snacks along with popcorn, candy, and other types of food to nibble on available as well. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are perfect for heating and storing leftovers as well.
