It's a comfortable place, very handy in its proximity to Viracopos Airport and to major highway connections. Noisy guests had no consideration for others at 4 and 5 a.m. Also, the restaurant is a bit pricey.

Staff were very helpful in planning for eating and travelling, rooms very clean and hotel is very well located close to the highway and shopping center.

Staff are very efficient and friendly, room is well kept and clean. Although the location it's key point, airport and entertainment/ restaurant area within the city (cambuí) are easily acessed in a matter of minutes. Room shower could have better distribuition (you enter directly onto the water) and the drain was not working too well, although I did not have any problem taking my shower, this could be re-thought. Also the air conditioning works really well, however the air is directed to the second bed.

As first visit to Brazil it was central freindly comfortable and an ideal place to see Campinas and surrounds. No

I liked the indoor pools and the free outdoor tennis courts I would have liked a more modern bathroom.
