Pros. Seabreeze restaurant tasty, healthy Trails right off the property VERY quiet Super location WONDERFUL STAFF. Great accomodations
Cons. n o t h i n g!!!
Pros. Loved the peace and quiet and the close proximity to Snow Canyon.
Cons. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The room was clean but could have been nicer for the price.
Pros. This was amazing. 4 stars. Would be 5 star without spa Amy. Amy in the spa was AWFUL and unprofessional but don't let that put you off. All the other staff members especially those in the resort went above and beyond to make my vacation wonderful. Fitness classes were so diverse and the instructors were great. Personal trainers fantastic. Michelle and Amy at the front office were amazing. Marcy was the best concierge ever. The food was better than that of Canyon Ranch or Miraval. the rooms are above average. Only problem was that I called the spa one day to rearrange my massage times because the concierge had double booked me by accident with a massage and kayaking and Amy treated me like a common criminal. I called back later and offered to come in early or later and she was so rigid. It's off-season and it was a Wednesday, so the schedule was wide open. When I spoke to other guests at lunch they agreed that she was rude and unaccomadating. I then spoke to the concierge who realized it was their error. They repaired my schedule and Amy called me. No apology at all. Just lectured me on double booking and cancellation policies. I'm not exaggerating when I say she door to me like I was a 2 year old. I doubt she has worked in an elegant resort before now and I doubt that she will last long here with that attitude in this industry. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Hammocks rock!
Cons. Amy in the spa
Cons. I didn't like that it wasn't family friendly. I love my family and hearing children and i missed hearing children yet they allow barking Dogs. ...makes no sense. It was not quiet, the room above us, they were very noisy. I don't think I will return, and the price was way to high.
