Pros: I was surprised there was no western cheese! Other than that everything was perfect. I wanted to buy a suitcase and was driven, guided and dropped off, so grateful. I travelled with my mum, who was treated like royalty, we were given a disabled friendly room and was stress-free as we didn't need to vacate at any given time.

Rest all was Ok .The staff at the reception on first day of check in looked very lost . Seen all staff in Blazers but it does not suit any of them as it does not match the personality wearing a Suit.

For e.g Rooms :- Bathroom Door is a wooden make which was so Old Fashioned and used to close with a Bang,the main door as well closed always with a loud bang. The shower in the Bathroom I wondered was of which century was so Pathetic, the jet spray were also of Plastic Make and were Pathetic. The setup of the room was so strange in the way the Sofa was placed away from the TV as TV was placed exactly opp the Bed.The TV are of 32 inch so small which does not match standards of a 5 star hotel. The entrance of the Hotel is pathetic as U have to climb up stairs with your luggage in your hand to the receptions. The attendant at the entrance is there only to salute .

Pros: I loved the room . It was extremely clean . Usually there are flaws in hotel rooms when it comes to cleanliness but my room was spotless.
Cons: I didn like how I was welcomed st the reception . Being an Australian citizen the process of checking in was hard and though the person at the front office was doing what he s supposed to do. It did seem like he didn had any interest in making the process any easier for us .

Cons: There was a lot of noise from the rooms opposite in the middle of the night. It appears normal that you leave your bedroom door open, move furniture around and talk loudly without consideration for other guests... I complained and they did shut their door eventually. If you are looking to stay make sure you are do not have the housekeeping trolley outside your room or else you will be constantly disturbed by the staff. Apart from that the facilities were okay.. The buffet breakfast didn’t look appetising to me but you could order off menu which was great! The location for me was not ideal. Personal preference.

Cons: They charge extra for dental kit which costs 25 only after been chanrging 5000rs approx per night. The deluxe suit is not sealed under the doors or windows so its really cold at night. The menu is vast but they have only indian cuisine the rest is just for show and staff is not intelligent enough to know the names of dishes in there menu. They were even not able to understand what was needed from the menu and not sincere enough to accept that they have only north indian cuisine. The breakfast was pathetic. Had only 1st day. The room doesnt deserve more than 2500 with taxes. Its a mocery of 3 star hotel.

Pros: In part there was some value for money. The bar was decent and there was a good variety for breakfast. Laundry service was reasonably priced and quick.
Cons: When arriving back at the hotel in the evening I found that my room had not been cleaned. After I asked for it to be in the morning. Somebody had been in, I believe to unblock the shower, however they left the lights on and changed the door sign to 'do not disturb'. The shower was blocked again the next day. Instead of receiving a fresh bath mat a staff member just tried to turn it upside down. I think they cleaned the toilet and sink with the same cloth. My family and I were given stained sheets on multiple occasions. Located on an extremely busy road, disturbed by outside noise, events at the hotel late into the evening and by staff moving furniture around. The wifi did not work and there was a definite language barrier even though they claim they are able to communicate in English. Slow service but suppose that's just India in general. They repeatedly were unable to total bill up properly. Just as my family and I were about to get into the taxi after check out we had a member of staff inform us of a unsettled bill.

Pros: We stayed there during our road trip from Delhi to Ladakh with our three children. They liked their room which was overlooking the pool and they enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good -amazingly many option. The hotel did suit our needs for a break of the journey.
Cons: Our room had a window which faced the separation wall 1 m away to the next property. All rooms on this side of the hotel look out to the wall - basically it is like having no window ... this creates a feeling that you do not want to stay in the room - luckily we cold escape to the children's room.

Cons: Internet kept having to log back back in. Every time we had to call staff to let us in the room the key was wasn’t working. Reception desk shouldn’t call at 11pm to ask about issues concerning another room when we are sleep. When taking a shower the water goes out of the shower door. Valet people at the hotel moved my cousin’s car door and damage by scratching the touchscreen music system and has not been working properly since valet moved it. Spoke to the manager he said he couldn’t do anything.

Cons: I was there for 3 nights & stayed in 3 different rooms. Hot water was not working in one room. They changed my room at night and put me in a room where the AC was not working all night. Then they put me in s room where the AC was leaking water all night. When i complained the housekeeping guy came snd put a towel on the floor. The room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, sheets had dirty marks on them ,& worn out. Wifi was intermittent. Waited 45 mins for omelette and toast. There was a very noisy convention one morning but guests were not told.

Cons: The bed sheet wasn’t clean nor bathroom. Air conditioner was so poor. I ordered golden fried chicken and it was so oily. The batter was so thick and full of oil. The chicken inside it was so poor quality. The floor was dam dirty. There were plenty of hair in washroom and on the floor. There was dirty pillow inside the almirah. Exhaust fan wasn’t working in the shower room. It’s very bad experience ever I had. I’ll never ever suggest anyone about this hotel.

Cons: Poor choice of food and extortionate prices. Power cuts 3 times in the restaurant. Errors in the room booking. Very impolite replies to emails in the days running up to the arrival date. We had to keep asking for the tra beds we'd paid for the children to sleep on. They arrived at 11pm! People smoking in the "non smoking rooms" and the staff appeared to turn a blind eye. Items missing from the Mini Bar in both rooms. Only one gown and slippers in both rooms. Torn bed sheets. (see pics) Stale breakfast cereal. Forked dropped on floor and put straight back into pancake mix. See pics (filthy trolley wheels where the fork had landed) Filthy luxury suite (see pics) Blockes and overflowing drains which stank and flooded the bathroom. Sukhwinder and Punkaj were particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. Repeatedly gave us WiFi codes which did not work, we had to keep asking for toilet paper. Most certainly not what you'd expect at a hotel reception. They suddenly became friendly and polite on our last day when their manager was around (maybe they were expecting a tip?) And finally. We only ate once here and we were all very unwell.
