We upgraded to the Royal Club, which was a nice room that served tea and coffee all day, breafast and free snacks all evening. The snacks were substantial enough that they were enough for dinner a few nights of our stay.
The room freshener the hotel uses was gross and smelled like chemicals. When you enter the room, the TV is automatically turned on to some cheesy rock station, which meant always scrambling to find the remote to turn it off immiediately.
Defining luxury and underscoring perfect service, this hotel is just a 15-minute drive from the international airport and very close to the International Exhibition Centre. The 7-storey Radisson Blu Hotel is located in the heart of Jeddah’s growing business district. Located in the cradle of the Red Sea, Jeddah, perhaps more than any other city, captures the traditions of Arabia. The downtown, Souk and shopping centres are located just kilometres away, offering a range of local and international souvenirs. Meanwhile, the Corniche beach promenade impresses with its famous 60-metre fountain. At the hotel you can experience true luxury and escapement at Club Oasis with its full range of massage treatments, sauna, fully-equipped gym and steam room. Afterwards, enjoy a meal at one of our 2 on-site restaurants. Hokkaido serves elegant Japanese creations, while Al Diwan, our all-day dining restaurant, is known for its sumptuous buffets.
