Walking distance to the old town No tea available, staff not very helpfull
The staff was very courteous, rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was great, easy to find streets and drive around town. Going through night sweats and the air conditioner worked perfect! The only thing I would say wasn't up to par would be the breakfast. Wasn't horrible, I just have an Autistic child and there wasn't much that she could eat. Yes a train goes by, but Jefferson is a train town and it didn't bother me at all. Slept great !!
Location Trains all night

Great location, close to town, attractions and places to eat. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Nothing! Great stay!
Hotel is run down. Room had: mold in bathroom, hole in bath towel, stains in towels and wash cloths, noisy ceiling fan. Both of us woke with headaches and were happy to put this place behind us. Would not recommend this one ever!
Nothing but the Subway across the street was awesome
Location Breakfast. I read reviews of hot breakfast, get there to find cold cereal.
The hot breakfast was good and beds were surprisingly very comfy! They were generous enough to bring us an extra bed for our daughter and didn't charge us anything. Even though they stated breakfast was until 10a.m., they started taking everything up at 9:30a.m. and stood there waiting making us feel rushed. Not the friendliest staff. The carpet in our room wasn't pulled tight, not enough hot water for 2 showers.
Easy to get to, rates very reasonable Very disappointed in the breakfast. The ads said 'Hot' breakfast bar daily. This is only on the weekends, the rest of the week you barely get anything and the only thing hot is the waffle you have to fix yourself.
Breakfast facility. No toilet seat at checkin, but got a new one soon afterwards. New to change out old carpet.
Timm and Karen are gracious hosts, and have on hand virtually anything you may have forgotten to pack. Breakfasts are phenomenal and are served either in the dining room or on the porch/gazebo. Gorgeous garden, and a prime location. Close enough to the shops, far enough away from the hubbub. LOVE the Hale House.
The hotel is an older hotel that is rather run down. The facing on the door frame in the bathroom was absent. While my wife was in the bathroom she observed and killed a very large spider that descended from a hole in the ceiling near the light. No meal is provided and for what I paid it was not worth it.
Nothing. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The highway noise was so loud that I felt like I was trying to sleep on the side of the highway. Not sure the sheets had been changed.
