The property was in a great location- very close to the old town. The room was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing showers stocked with Ahava products- huge bonus. Great products.

There was a staff who’s name George who is a door man was so helpful. He is very kind and beautiful smile all the time. All other staff are very friendly too.
This property is very clean and new but it is not lively and happening because the atmosphere is crowded by ultra orthodox and sometimes you feel uncomfortable. Also there is no pool or spa is there.
The decor is amazing and a very good breakfast and right in the center of Jerusalem.
This is not kind of a hotel with a poll or a luxurious spa. The view from our room was to a garbage yard / pub and the next morning was a horrible sewerage smell after we complained a couple of times they moved us to a suite. That was our wedding night.
