Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff... enjoyed the breakfast - best fritatta I have had! Gym - clean.... Wonderful hotel...
Pros: It was conveniently located near several restaurants and just off the highway.
Pros: Staff & cleanliness.
Cons: Lack of mirror. Provide more in the room.
Pros: Location. Very friendly check-in staff. Room was comfortable.
Cons: Junk food (I include Applebees). They are in the middle of good farming in upstate New York. Why not work with the local producers?
A bit dated but very clean. Beds were very comfortable and rooms quite spacious
Pros: Very convenient to Binghamton University. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: Wifi signal was weak in the 'outer' rooms (which we had)

Pros: Everything was very clean and the bed were very comfortable! The staff was outstanding, I would highly recommend!
Pros: Pool out of service had to use across street. Otherwise fine.
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff
Pros: considerably near binghamton university and at the same time its clean.
Cons: no recreation for guests. a place to wind down after a long drive from NYC will be nice.
Pros: Very nice hotel, must be near new. Great price and excellent FREE breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, etc...). Friendly staff too.
Cons: The thermostat on the wall was not responsive. However, the heat, A/C unit worked with manual controls / buttons. The small fridge in the room is a little loud, for sleeping time.
Pros: Room rate and cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. great breakfast.
Cons: No, all wS a great experience.
Pros:  the front desk is such a welcoming person. He makes everyone feel at home and is so willing to meet everyone's needs. He really goes above and beyond! The breakfast was a great experience also. Many choices of food and a large area to eat.
Pros: The breakfast was great! A lot of choices!
Cons: The cleaning staff only came in the morning, so our room wasn't cleaned the first day because we were not out of the room in time.

Guests can visit the spa to indulge in massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and The Tavern serves dinner. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like designer toiletries and pillowtop beds with Egyptian cotton sheets.
Pros: Front desk staff was helpful, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The wifi connection was a bit more stable than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area. The room was clean and spacious.
Cons: The pillows were small. The bathroom was cramped and the fixtures were quite worn.
Pros: I stayed her because I was bringing my daughter to college, my husband and I were very please with our room:) it was nice and big and we loved that it had down comforters on the bed:) we brought our baby chi's so it was great that it was per friendly:)
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing, we actually saw it and walked out and went to Denny's. I relieved a note on my door that if someone complains about my dog I will have to find other accommodations for my dog. If this is a pet friendly hotel then barking has to be part of dealing with coming to a pet friendly hotel. I felt that was rude especially after you already took the extra charge for the dogs after I received the note. This should also be made more clear to clients before they come to the hotel , most people's dogs bark and it's terrible to find out after paying for your room that you may have to leave if one person possibly gets annoyed.
Pros: Convenience to area restaurants. Clean facilities and the staff was very nice. Booked online and when we checked in the price was wrong but the woman at the desk took care of it very quickly.
Cons: The bed was so hard. We ended up with backaches. It was a little loud since college students stay here. I would really recommend it if you wake easily or have kids that get woken up easy.
Pros: Clean, roomy hotel room with a great shower.
Cons: We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it was rock hard. Also, the walls are very thin- we could hear every word of any conversations taking place next door or in the hallway.
Pros: Very convenient for my needs and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable. And so was the mattress which is always a priority for me. I would gladly stay in a Quality Inn & Suites again.
Pros: Large room, convenient location.
Cons: The only negative was that I was surprised that our room had not been made up or the bathroom replenished. We stayed overnight, so this should have been taken care of.
Pros: The front desk employees were especially helpful to us from out of state giving us directions, advice, and solving any problem we had with our room. Nadine especially gets our gold star.
Cons: The hallway carpets and in the breakfast room looked outdated and needed replacement from the cleanliness standpoint. The coffee served was mediocre.
The bathroom was small with an old sink height that was uncomfortable to use.

Pet limit: 1 pet per room 30 pounds or less. Newly renovated hotel April 2013
Pros: How it has a kitchen with all the appliances and how it felt more like a 'residence' instead of a room. Great amenities as well as a staff. They so had a vatiety of breakfast items that were fresh and yummy. Would definitely come back and recommend it.
Cons: The pool was closed :-( other than that everything was great!
Pros: Very clean, extremely roomy and spacious. Fabulous location central and close to shops, University, etc. Huge breakfast buffet and overall very convenient, well-priced hotel.
Cons: I only wish I would have gotten the room with a fireplace since it was snowing. Other than that, the room I did get was super spacious, huge full size kitchen, just nothing to complain about. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The entrance road is terrible. Pavement is long worn out. Pot holes (large pot holes) make entering and exiting a challenge.
Pros: Rooms were clean and neat. Housekeeping was thorough.
Cons: Pets, pets and more pets. Barking dogs all the day. Guests leave their pets in the room and they bark all day long. The first floor room are subject to noise from the second floor guest. There is NO sound deadening between floors. I had to move.
The suites are lovely, and the beds very comfortable. TVs in every room. This is a residence inn with kitchens. There was a mold smell in the kitchen, perhaps the problem with the hot water heater is the source.
Pros: Location, adjacent to Binghamton University.
Cons: After one shower, there was no hot water! There was a note to the fact that there was an individual hot water heater, but it should have been much more explicit in stating that there was only enough water in the morning for one shower!
Bottom Line is that this hotel seems a touch below what you'd expect from an average Residence Inn hotel. If you can get a good rate, it's still nice hotel but don't pay top dollar to stay here, it isn't worth it.
Pros: The rooms are big, though they don't seem quite as big as ones at other Residence Inn hotels. The breakfast was also pretty nice.
Cons: It was hard to find, tucked off of a small road. Also, it just seems over-priced, there are hotels of similar quality that offer better rates in Binghamton.
Not a lot to do in the area. Very close to Binghamton university. Binghampton zoo is very cute, especially for little kids. Tully s restaurant in shopping center next door was great.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. When we realized at 11 o'clock at night that the air conditioning wasn't working we called the front desk. Someone was at our door within minutes to fix the problem.
Cons: Need to replace mattresses and towels are a bit tattered not pure white
Great experience for a sick price.
Pros: Always love staying here. I always get a great deal with Priceline on this place, and it's way more than worth the money. It's clean, the rooms are massive, and the beds are great. Also great to have a full sized fridge.
Cons: I think it was built in the late 90s with building materials more typically suitable for a building in Florida. Understandably, the outside has taken a beating, and the bathrooms need to be switched out from their 90s glory. Other than that, awesome.

Cons: The bed was rock hard. The ice machine was broken. There seemed to be construction and didn't tell us at check in. And their over night workers get rooms and one was accidentally given the room number to my room and tried to enter. No free breakfast and it is not told you have to pay for it till you go to check in.

Pros: Only positive was the staff was friendly and the tv is nice. Other than that the facility was very average.
Cons: Noise is an issue here. Walls must be paper thin as you can hear conversations from neighboring rooms. There was a foreign substance on the side of the bed that I couldn't figure out. Just overall average at a more expensive rate. Would have expected this stay from a $60-75 a night hotel.
Pros: Although my room was fine, it was close to the front entry of facility. The hotel has breakfast area in the same general area which they allowed a group of very noisy people to party until 3:00AM. This is unacceptable to me.
As the front desk is directly across from this breakfast area the stall had to be aware of the noise factor, but chose to ignore it.
I will never use this facility again.

Cons: Smoke smell of room (I was in non-smoking room). Noisy neighbors. Had to ask them to turn TV down at 4am because they were blasting it.
Cons: After a long road trip, we were looking forward to sleeping in and arrived to learn there was "mix up" in the system and our room was not properly reserved by booking.com. She couldn't even lie well about it. She didn't bother to try to get us into the other Red Roof Inn in Binghamton tried to blame us for the mistake then tried to blame booking.com when they called to clairfy. It was pretty clear they gave the room away.
Horrible customer service but booking.com got us another room and covered the difference and we were finally able to sleep by 3am. Red Roof Inn ruined half our minivacation but booking.com saved it.
I am sure it was human error in one chain but my father has been using the Red Roof Inn since the 90s and instilled in me how it is a quality value chain and I had inherited that respect. I have used the chain often but have noticed a diminishing in quality and after this horrible incident, I have told everyone I know never to use it and will continue to do so.
Pros: Good place for the money. Will stay there every time I go to Binghamton.
Cons: Walls are kinda thin so I could hear my neighbors, but that's the only bad thing.
Pros: The smell of smoke was overwhelming

Pros: I had a relatively big room.
The bed was comfortable but squeaking.
Cons: The weekend price was pretty high ($90+)
Some rooms are noisy because of a nearby building that has loud AC (or something) outside. Unfortunately that's on the side facing away from the highway, but the rooms at the end of the building (away from the lobby) are ok.
The internet (Wifi) was a bit slow.
The bed was comfortable but squeaking.

Pros: The building itself and the location of the hotel were prime. It was very close to many downtown attractions .
Cons: Parking is extremely limited, the air conditioning did not work, so a fan was placed in the room and the toilet was not working correctly. The room overall looked as if it wasn't properly cleaned.
Pros: The room was very spacious, and staff was more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Binghamton.
Grand Royale Hotel features a nightclub and puts you within a 15-minute walk of Roberson Museum and Science Center and NYSEG Stadium. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out the restaurant, and the 2 bars/lounges are nice spots to grab a drink at the end of the day. Rooms at this historic hotel feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with iPod docks and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: Good location if you want to go to golf course
Cons: Terrible rooms, rude staff, everything was dirty and falling apart. Bed was questionable to even sleep in. Sheets and pillows had stains all over them. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
Pros: There a was a young man, junior at Union Endicott School that was manning the desk one night. He was very helpful and friendly. Bedding appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. It was only a few miles from Lupo's Char-Pit, however I found Knights Inn within walking distance. Will checked them out next time.
Cons: I could not find the remote for the TV. I saw something on the floor under the mattress by the headboard. Thought it might be the remote, but was a 2011 HBO tv schedule (my stay was March 2017). I inquired about the remote and was told that she said the cable was out at check in. I did not hear that. I also wanted a double bed room but got a single queen. They had a set up for breakfast but did not see anything. Overall it was ok for a single adult male, but I would not take kids or my wife there. Wifi was connected to the golf course, was a bit leary on using that. I would spend a 10-15 more per night next time.
Cons: Dirtiness all around, broken windows, broken furniture, inability to cancel even though reserved with free cancel option,no complimentary breakfast even though it was advertised on website as included,
Pros: The Red Carpet Inn meet our needs for our recent stay in Endicott. It is within walking distance of the Catholic Church and Businesses on Main Street. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. The Front desk manager was friendly and helpful. It's not fancy but it worked for us while visiting family in Endicott.
Cons: The air conditioner worked well, but was noisy. There was a bit of a musty smell in one of our three rooms.
When you stay at Red Carpet Inn Endicott Binghamton, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Waterman Conservation Education Center. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking.
