Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and the comfort of the beds, noting the property's unique and historical charm. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, such as poor communication, unresponsive staff, and confusing check-in procedures. Cleanliness was another concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms and public areas. The complimentary breakfast, when available, received mixed feedback, with some guests disappointed by its quality or the lack of breakfast altogether. Overall, while the property has potential and some positive aspects, consistent service and cleanliness improvements are needed.
