The red brick building that the hotel occupies was first constructed in 1911 and served as a bottling and distribution plant for a local brewery. It is rumored that illegal alcohol was sold from the building during the prohibition, further establishing its rich history in the city. Transformed by the award-winning firm Simeone Deary Design Group, the industrial character has been kept while blending in modern sophistication. A number of exciting attractions are within walking distance, including FlipSwitch Virtual Reality (6min), Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts (11min) and the Museum of Illusions (12min).

With roughly 550 sq ft of space, the Vault Suites are the definition of wall-to-wall luxury. Located where the building’s original vaults were, the entrance is through a vintage wooden door.
