staff is sleazy on assigning room..very very upset about this hotel, nothing good. the hotel gave me a HANDICAPPED room with BIG Turbine right outside of the window!? I am perfectly healthy and apparently b/c i booked via priceline and the staff discriminated priceline customer (due to lower price). i hated it!
Excellent polite and helpful staff. Great shower. Free Wifi Breakfast selection somewhat sparse but adequate. Would not suit a non Asian traveller
Very clean, and stuff is very frendly.also room is shinny and blight. This Hotel isn't near the Kaoshung central station and Metro.
Extremely good location, within walking distance to everything: department stores, supermarket, eateries, MRT station, main train station. 15 minutes to the main international airport in the country. Helpful, very polite and friendly staffs. None, may be the use of key to open the room door if I must be picky.
Very big room for a big city in Taiwan. It was very luxurious, and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was tasty. The Lees was an outstanding value for the price we paid. We felt like we were rich.
The room was spacious and clean, and we had a slight water view even though we didn't pay for the "harborview" room. The location was good, next to the Aihe "Love" River. We were also able to walk along the river to the Pier 2 art center. The front desk staff were friendly. I booked this specifically because it had a pool and i knew my husband and I would want some time to relax. Unfortunately, I didn't know we would not be allowed in without swimcaps. I would have chosen another hotel. Breakfast is also just OK - it was a medium-sized buffet but there were only a few western options and the eggs were not good. I would probably not pay for it again.
