New hotel with very friendly English speaking staff, smart room, nice shower, perfect aircon & you can open the window. Free laundry.
Breakfast always a bit limited for western taste. But this is the same everywhere in Taiwan, so not really an issue.

Room is clean n cosy but small (not up to my expected size) Restaurant - bf, as we are vegetarian, they took the extra mile to show us the food we can consume. Service is gd, restaurant staff is polite n clear the tables n empty plates fast...
1. Due to new train station under reno, location is far now (10mins) 2. More washg machines n dryers...so many guests 3. Hotel doesnt allow us to 'park' one of our luggages at their hotel for more than a day (Other hotels provide the service during our last trip) However, we are checking into another kaohsiung hotel on 16/11, they allowed us to 'park' our luggage w them for a wk before we check into the hotel..really appreciate the extra mile provided by the other hotel... Thus, abit disappointed w your hotel with such high rating...

“The room is clean and tidy as well as the lobby, buffet area, they have free coffee at the lobby, you can so your own laundry, the staff are very polite, location is very good it’s very near at main station and if you have fan of night market you can just walk around to go there. There’s a near fastfood within the area.”
