Pros: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."
Cons: "Security and Immigration at Tokyo Haneda is harder than at US airports, but that's to be expected and nothing that JAL can control."
Pros: "One of the JAL ground crew was fantastic at Narita airport. I didn’t have enough time to get on my next flight. She provided me full assistance to take me to the connecting flight gate on time."
Cons: "Several flight attendants gave me wrong drinks."
Pros: "The crew was polite, responsive and friendly. The food was very good and served hot. For a flight to Japan, I thought $1,000 round trip direct from Boston was an excellent price considering you got 2 complete meals and additional snacks. Much more than I expected. Would fly Japan Airlines again."
Cons: "I don't think there was much that could have been improved. The seats were as comfortable as could be expected when paying an economy price."
Pros: "The crew is outstanding. A girl two seats away from me barfed and two attendants were there immediately with a bag, cleaning wipes, etc. They are very friendly and patient with passengers. The next best part was the comfort. I got a good amount of sleep on my nine-hour flight."

Cons: "Korean Air was wonderful. BUT KAYAK made my reservation through KIWI.COM which is absolutely horrible. My reservation was ONLY for Dallas to Incheon. They booked me a ticket all the way to Singapore without ever asking my permission or informing me. As a result, I was unable to use the ticket, and had to purchase a new one at the airport ticket counter. I called them several times to attempt to fix the issue, but they were utterly unhelpful. I have requested a refund, but am not hopeful based on their past performance. KAYAK should cut all ties with KIWI if it wants to remain reputable."
Pros: "I really enjoyed the cheerful and helpful crew. And i love that the gate agent gave me a seat up front, near the front of the plane because she knew that i had a short connection and needed to catch my next flight."

They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

This racket is the ultimate way to rip somebody off of $1000. Horrible."

We bought the ticket November 11 it did not say we needed to get tested before flying When we went to check in there was a long line because a lot of people that was flying out did not know also about getting tested before flying Eva employees said that this protocol started December 1st if that’s the case why didn’t they email travelers that bought tickets before December 1st And let them know that covid19 test needed. Also at check in we were inline for 2 hours just to let us know we couldn’t fly out they should have a Monitor saying “ ATTENTION PASSENGERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE COVID-19 TEST RESULTS IN HAND YOU CANNOT A BOARD.” So that people didn’t half to stay in line for so long."

The airport staff in Taipei were very efficient in taking the passengers who needed wheelchair assistance to their connecting gates!!"
