Pros (+) The pool area even though it was by reservation only for two hour blocks of time. The pools where amazing.
Cons (-) The type of room that was booked and confirmed with pre-arrival staff was not available when we checked in. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate us in anyway other than sorry better luck next time. After speaking to several managers we were finally offered some Marriott points to drop the issue. Poor management top to bottom when it comes to assigning rooms.

Cons (-) View from our room wasn't great. Could see a Marina somewhat, but mostly looked over parking garage. Hotel is maintained well, but definitely starting to get dated in the rooms. This isn't a huge deal as all the common areas are updated and we didn't spend much time in the room but this is one area where I think Disney would have an edge.
