Pros. The value for this hotel and distance from airport is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Cons. Location to airport is airport is great. However surrounding area does not have much else.
Pros. It was close to the airport and we had a private bathroom.
Cons. For US standards it was a little pricey.
Pros. I only stayed there for 6 hours, on a layover overnight. They run an hourly shuttle from the airport to the bed and breakfast, and it leaves 20 minutes after the hour. Make sure to confirm and book your place on it, as it only has 12 spots and a cab from the airport is a bit expensive. There is also a bus that leaves from the bed and breakfast on the hour every hour to the airport. Everyone was super kind and efficient. Breakfast starts at 4am, and was some nice travel food, you cannot take any with you, but that is probably because people were abusing it, and stocking up on groceries.
Cons. We missed the shuttle by 5 minutes....but that is hardly their fault.

Pros. Very close and convenient to KEF, with a free shuttle that picked me up when I called and dropped off at convenient time for departure. Price was good. Room was huge, bed was quite comfortable. Reviews I read spoke of noise, but I heard not a sound.

Pros. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well-appointed. I woke up late for my flight and the person working the desk got someone to cover for a minute and immediately drove me to the airport himself.
Cons. I asked how to get to a museum in Njardvik and they didn't have a map of the area available, nor any maps of Asbru. The person at reception printed a Google map for me. The museum had a very nice map and accompanying guidebook, so I don't really know why the hotel didn't.
Pros. Right by the airport with the convenient shuttle to pick you up and drop you off. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and big and very clean. Beds comfortable with nice big comforters. The best was the breakfast, lots of choice (I loved the thin pancakes) and fresh fruit. They even had computers to use in the lounge area and room to play cards or games.
