Pros (+) The best place to stay while in kelowna. A bit pricey but if you can afford it stay here.
Cons (-) I couldn’t get the heating in my room to work properly. Either too cold or too hot. Frustrating.
Pros (+) The location is hard to bear, walking distance to restaurants and shops and if you get a water view room great vistas.
Cons (-) This is a hotel that appears to be used for conferences and due to its proximity for those attending events. As a consequence it can be very loud. We experienced people running up and down the hallways at all hours. As well, people hollering out in the parking area of the hotel. That also gave us access to the Club Lounge and its luxurious amenities. In the lounge we met a very friendly and helpful member of the hotel staff named Tomoko.
