That there was an air conditioner and an outlet to plug my phone in. also the bathroom didn't scary me as much as the rest of the room. That's about all I liked This Best Western was NOTHING like others I've been to, or what it seemed like on the website. We drive in and the look of the Inn isn't quite how it seemed online. We walk into the lobby area and are left standing there for a minute while the front desk staff finishes their conversation. During the check in process the blonde staff member was a complete B**** when interacting with us, we apparently were a great hassle to her because we did not know our license plate number by heart. We were assigned a room on the second floor and directed to drive around the building. I felt very uncomfortable about the area and that it was hidden away from any main public access. Once we got to the room (by stairs, no elevator so you must carry your suitcases) I was very unsatisified with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were dirty and I found a used glass next to my bed. Basically I felt like I was in a pay-by-the hour type of motel instead of the suite I thought I was purchasing. I felt uncomfortable, unsure of the safety of my vehicle, and ready to leave as soon as I arrived. We will never be staying in that area again and will be rethinking any future business with Best Western.
easy stop on our way to San Fran
There was nothing I really liked, except there was a fridge in the room. The motel was run down & out dated. It was infested with crickets; didn't want to take my shoes off; shower didn't drain, so I stood in a foot of water; 2 crickets swimming in the toilet when I woke; fridge had temp adjust knob removed, so I put a bucket of ice in to keep cold. So why did I stay? I was driving to No. Calif & there aren't very many motel choices on the 5 highway.
