Pros:Common areas were nice, especially the pool.
Cons:Our two bedroom, two bath unit was nice sized and had a good layout but the unit was dirty when we checked in, especially the kitchen. The kitchen was also inadequately furnished with dishes, cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances. The two TVs in the unit were never able to be properly configured for picture size and resolution. Requests for assistance from housekeeping were responded to but not to our satisfaction or did not resolve the issues. We would most likely not return to this resort.
Pros:The rooms are great each one has an ocean view. Beach area small but super nice. Everything was great except the pool has not been working for 3 months. The ocean is a little cool for our liking.

Pros:The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone we encountered or talked to was very pleasant and attentive. That means the world to us when traveling. Size of the 2 bedroom 2 bath was great! 2 full baths and both bedrooms were larger than expected. We had everything for our cooking needs in the condo and only had to buy food, which was nice. The livingroom is nice sized (there were only 2 of us, but more could have easily fit.) TVs in both the livingroom and bedroom was great. The view was spectacular (We stayed in Tarpon Suites-3rd floor)
Cons:The balconies (2 of them) were quite small. Biggest disappointment was the condo we had needed much attention and even more TLC. The ceiling was stained (badly in one area), the whole interior was very outdated. (We had beautiful weather and spent all of our time outdoors-an outdated room didn't bother us, but it may affect your opinion if that is important to you). If staff could provide grill supplies as most won't use all they have to purchase if only there for a week or so. Dishwasher extremely noisy-run it while you are touring.
Pros:This is hard because so much was wonderful about this place. They even upgraded us when we were unhappy about the noise level in our original apartment. But while the outside of this complex is nicely maintained, beautifully landscaped and is located with a gorgeous view and beach, the insides have seen far better days. So in need up some additional yet simple upgrades like hardware, counters, faucets and paint. Not to mention a thorough cleaning. Carpet desperately needed a crevice tool along the edge as evidence of far too many guests was evident. Mold on the grout lines of the tub tile and grease on the ones by the stove made me cringe. Just too many signs of wear and of not keeping it up to an acceptable standard for us to rate it highly. But it has unbelievable possibilities should the management ever decide to boost the insides to the level of the outside.
