Happy there is now an Enterprise in KL.
Pros: Easy to just drop the keys off and be on my way.
Cons: There is hardly any parkinglot, so turning into and out of the lot was not very safe. The person picking me up basically had to park on the shoulder of Route 1. They also needed another person, as it as 9am on a Saturday and there were 4 customers dropping off or picking up at the same time.

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: cars were dirty. the excuse was the car was sitting for a couple of days. the car has not been cleaned, there were electronic devices left by previous customer in glove box and the previous renter must have had a pet in the car which was noticed by my son in law who is alergic to cats. I am Not, but 200 miles later when i picked him up it becamw evident. sloppy work Enterprise!

Awesome customer service
Pros: The agent, Tammy, Was great! She was quick and knowledgeable and I had muy car in no time art all.
Cons: I was charged at the dropoff much more than was told at the pickup, claming the is an extra 100$ insurance fee due to upgrade of the car given.

Will never use budget again! Ruined my final day o
Cons: Customer service modified my reservation to pick up an hour later without my request or knowledge and the price went up $25/day. I called back and another customer service rep "recovered" my old reservation then changed the drop off location by mistake and the woman at budget who was in a rush to get to lunch ran my card before showing me the contract which caused another issue. Since she ran my card it showed my reservation was now open and could not be modified. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with a very rude customer service rep, Oscar, while at Budget in Key Largo, being disconnected several times and when I asked to speak to a supervisor the representative said there wasn't any around. Then said he would put me on hold and kept me waiting 15 minutes until the phone coincidentally disconnected. The last phone call they claimed I would definitely not be charged the $300 one way fee because budget customer service is the one who screwed it up and changed it without my knowledge but I dropped the car off at the airport and they charged me $371 for a 1 day rental which I booked over a month ago for $33.66. I will never use Budget again. It ruined my final day of vacation and I will tell everyone I know not to rent from them.

Pros: They were very nice and helping people. I had a problem and they were willing to help any way they could.
Cons: There really isn't anything. Maybe offer pick up and drop off service.
Pros: Thank you for a very nice rental experience and a safe vehicle

Pros: Car was ready and the type requested.
Cons: I specifically asked about bringing it back early .but perhaps 2 hours after pick up time. Was told it would be "a bit more."
I was charged for an additional 24 hours. When I complanned, he suggested I keep the car longer, since I had to pay for it anyway!

Cons: Car was not available at requested time. Car was not available 4 hours after pick up time. Agent was defensive and combative rather than contrite and apologetic. Car was dirty. Management was not responsive.
