Cons (-) The room had a smoker room smell, window was boarded up, just didn't seem very sanitatary! I guess at the price I paid for the room, I got what I paid for!

Cons (-) They gave my reservation of a non smoking room to someone else without notification and didn't have anymore non smoking rooms available. Offered me a smoking room but the smell was too obnoxious for my pregnant wife and I. Didn't offer compensation of any type for the inconvenience. Had to scramble to find another place for the night.
Pros (+) New staff, trying to clean the place up and was very accommodating considering the surroundings.
Cons (-) Was located in a high crime area. Had a prostitution and drug bust occur in the hotel during my stay. KPD officer told us it was one of the most well known hotels in town for prostitution and drugs. Bad enough he gave us his business card that would allow us to stay elsewhere in town discounted.
