Car was not available when I arrived at the counter. All car rental station in the airport were sold out but kayak kept offering reservations and confirming them.

Budget totally screwed up my day. I reserved the car for 24 hours at 9 am. They put in the fine fine print somewhere that if you aren’t there within 15 minutes they cancel the reservation. So my flight doesn’t get in until 945 and there was never a 945 option. Then they said well we don’t have your truck but we can give you another vehicle for extra money. Total rip-off. Yeah they can put something in the contract that just totally screws you but is that the right answer. I think not. Will never use again

The staff was not helpful. They did not have the vehicle or a similar one available for my reservation. The clerk stated she wasn't sure about the seating capacity for the vehicle she tried to pawn off. I told her I must have seating for 7 as was reserved. We walked around the parking lot and she showed me that the vehicle I wanted was on a doughnut and they couldn't get it fixed until they had 5 flats to fix. I drove an hour to pick up this car. She offered a 12 passenger van that looked like a church bus or a Highlander with seating for 5. Neither was acceptable. She didn't care that I had already driven an hour to get the reserved vehicle. She stated they called and left a message, but the number they used was not the number on my confirmation and I never received it. She made no attempt to make the situation better or offer a remedy other than a car that was too small or a tank.The agent at the Killeen Airport was not courteous or helpful in any way. When I got upset, she seemed to think it was funny.

Car was fine when I finally got itI booked 4 different reservations and was not able to receive a rental until 3 days after I made my first booking. I showed up after my flight landed and was told my reservation was canceled because they had no vehicles. How was I able to reserve one (4 different times) only to show up and not be able to get a car? Made my business trip start off extremely inconveniently.

Car was clean and up to standard.Customer service representative was too busy to give individual care. When she tried she gave policy information but not personalized care. Due to this I hesitate using or recommending Budget to my family or my company and friends.

Staff was friendly, got there at 8:00am, car had not been cleaned from previous rental l, was told their wasn’t any evening shift, to clean the cars?

Like it never even happenedThere was nothing to like because the location was closed when my flight arrived.Booked the car, flew in late, and closed leaving me stranded at the airport late at night. No where or no time was the hours of operation given when booking the car.
