Cons: "They were careless with our suitcases. When we got to Vancouver, we were missing wheels on our suitcases. 2 wheels on my husband's and 1 on mine. It made it horrible to pull the suitcases."
Pros: "Crew were very attentive and hospitable to the crew. I have been flying ASIANA many times and enjoy the flight as well."

Cons: "What have been nice if I was told that seat availability was nonexistent. I tried checking in each day without any information such as give it up you suck and you’re going to get the worst seed no better how much you try to avoid it…"
Pros: "The flight was great and the process from boarding to take off was wonderful. This was also a rescheduled flight after my other flight was cancelled."
Cons: "The seats cushions. They weren't the best. That's all."
Pros: "The flight attendants on all three of my flights were nice and helpful as well as all the employees at each airport I visited. The food was good and I had a great time."
Pros: "Boarding was strange - it was still in groups although we were shuttled to our airplane. I was glad it wasn’t a packed flight as I wasn’t smushed by my neighbors in the seats. Very little turbulence, smooth taking off and landing. I like that I was able to watch free movies without having to pay for WiFi."
Cons: "The shuttle broke down on the way to the airplane and had to wait for another. The good part was that we didn’t wait very long (less than 10 minutes) for another to arrive. No free WiFi."
The plane is old and really small. Crew was great
Pros: "The crew was clearly concerned with the covid rules, but just as concerned for passenger's needs. Outstanding performance in difficult circumstances."

Cons: "While rebooking my flight from Phoenix the rebooking agent been yelling at me to pull my mask back after I was trying to answer her questions while trying talk over all the other customers. I feel that it was unnecessary and over done."

Cons: "The plane was absolutely PACKED during the peak of a global pandemic. Completely irresponsible to not have people spaced out by at least one seat."
Cons: "Flight was totally full... At least everyone had a mask on American does not space seats like Delta does I will be taking Delta whenever possible"

Cons: "When I arrived to check in at 5:48am for my 6:20am flight, I was treated very poorly. The lady at the counter asked me what time my flight was and I said 6:20 and right off the bat she was extremely rude and said that I missed the flight. I panicked internally and asked her how that was possible?! She said the cutoff was at 5:45am and I missed it. I asked if there were other flights available today or tomorrow and she said there was nothing she could do and that I had to call the booking company to see if they could book me. I wanted to cry because my friend had just dropped me off and I called to see if she was close enough to turn back. Luckily she hadn’t left yet. I called the booking company and they were able to book me a trip for the following day but they charged me an additional $100. I wish they had disclosed that we need to be there 45 minutes to an hour early otherwise you miss your flight. And it’s ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $100... financially it was stressful due to the covid 19 situation. I was extremely disappointed in how the lady at the check in counter at American Airlines treated me. She www extremely rude and I have never been spoken to in a way that made me feel attacked."
Cons: "There are too many announcements on the screen before you can start watching entertainment. It takes about 15 minutes."
Pros: "The staff at seatac airport were condescending and not helpful...traveling with a service dog and made to pay the pet fee and talked about me where I can over hearnthen in a manner that embarassed me"
