Very friendly welcome from the Host / Proprietor. Comfortable bed and clean room and bath room. Very good breakfast.
Very friendly and welcoming owner. Excellent location 5 minutes walk from town centre. Easy to find and good off-street parking. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.
My fiancée and I loved this place! The owner (Brigid) was very personable and we felt as if we could have talked to her for days. I enjoyed how quiet the hotel was due to the location (10-15 minute drive from Killarney). Breakfast was very tasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Scones were excellent!! Can not beat the price. Location is outstanding - quiet and very close to gap of Dunloe and Muckross. Room was very cold; therefore, difficult to take a shower unless you like it cold.
Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Great value for a good location.
Check-in was easy. Room was good. Food was good. Staff were very pleasant. None that I could see.
The staff we really friendly and helpful. I would really recomend the Lime and Lemon Inn. Great value for money. None
itwas ideally placed for what we wanted no complaints
Good location, just a couple of minutes drive from Killarney town centre; good parking, good breakfast. The building looks quite shabby and uncared for, and in need of a bit of a facelift, which is a pity because it is actually quite a good place to stay once you get over your first impression.
Clean and friendly None
very close the centre of Killarney
The staff was wonderful. They went the extra mile, frequently without being asked, to make sure everything was right. One of your ladies called the tour company we had booked a trip with when they were late picking us up without us even having to ask her to, as she was obviously concerned that everything go well for us, and that we enjoy our stay. The room was very nice, and the breakfast choices were great. but, the people are what really made the difference. Not a thing!
Excellent staff briliant would recommend None
The lemon crape` style pancakes were wonderful.
Huge bedroom, exquisitely decorated throughout, spotlessly clean, beautiful location on the Flesh River, wonderful hostess, delicious breakfast and a great value. Could not have stayed at a nicer B&B. Nothing to not like.
very friendly and excellent service none
A beautiful house very clean and exceptionally well decorated. Very comfortable.food excellet and made extremely welcome. The heating in room should have been on more often and higher temperature.
The room was beautiful and the food was great! No, everything was great!
Hosts were more than welcoming and very attentive. The room was excellent and very clean. The overall experience was amazing and we hae alreay talked about returning.
Joan, the owner of this B&B, is WONDERFUL. She is the best hostess we met in Ireland, and she's thought of everything. She is also a great cook! She goes above and beyond to make each guest's stay wonderful. The only item that might be concerning to future travelers was that the hot water does not last very long. If you're traveling with more than one person, it seems best to take showers at different times of day, or one will end up taking a cold shower.
The owner was so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast provided with the room was also wonderful.
This was one of our favorite places we stayed in the 3 weeks we were in Ireland! Peter was so friendly and accommodating, even giving us a ride into town and recommending a wonderful tour to us. Breakfast was AMAZING. I definitely recommend Rockfield! Nothing at all. Everything was wonderful.
Great rooms, and great breakfast! N/a
From Start to Finish, did not like anything about Redwood Country House. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. We were greeted by an unfriendly gentleman, and felt like we were intruding by staying there. The room was freezing for the duration of the stay - The radiator was on, but much too small for the size of the room. Had breakfast the next morning and the bread was stale, put me off having the rest of my breakfast. This B&B is also at least 3km from Killarney, and not the 1km as advertised.
Everything was great, but especially loved the breakfast.
