Employees in The Lodge, Montana restaurant & Golf Café, very informative of the area & friendly. The Doe, Two Fawns & Buck eating on lawn , nice attraction. Basement parking, close to elevator- perfect we are Seniors.
I loved that the hotel was pet friendly! Made a huge difference to have the dog with me on vacation! The floors are freezing cold. I wish I had brought slippers. The staff know this and it's a problem with how the building was built. Something that will never change. But that's literally my only complaint!
Deck overlooking the resort and a gas fireplace Renovation going on right now but not too intrusive.
The room and courteous staff No
Very quiet and comfortable. Was called in advance to say they were doing pool maintenance, so facilities wouldn't be available. Very thoughtful Was not told about the boil water advisory upon check in, learned from restaurant in town later! Couldn't find coffee shop that was shown on website, and fireplace timers are too short.
The staff was exceptional. All questions were readily answered and extra information or suggestions provided.
So close to the base of the ski hill. Was nice to be able to just step out the door and head right too the lift.
We have been visiting the hotel nearly every year. The staff is wonderful. It has a comfortable feel and the children love the pool and hot tubs. There is something about swimming and skiing in the same day. It has been a well maintained and clean hotel. The restaurant is quite good and has a fabulous atmosphere. The price around the holidays has been quite high and I understand it is a vacation destination, but it is a bit steap for our budget.
It was a very friendly and relaxing place to be. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and fantastic to talk with.
The location is great as it is near the golf courses. We rented a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and had a great layout for 4 people. The dishes were not clean. Had to request glasses as we were missing 3 glasses. Had to book a time to use the barbecue and when we went to use it the barbecue had not been cleaned for some time. Dishwasher worked poorly.
Location and price All great for the price.
The rooms were large and well set up with a nice balcony and great views. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Excellent sleep. It was nice that they had a Montana's attached to the resort also. Very handy. The pool & hot tub were under renovations, which we did not know when we booked.
This hotel exceeding my expectations...Great room and the receptionist at the front desk gave me a great tip to eat for dinner...I think it was the The Old Bauernhouse...It is an amazing german restaurant close to the resort... Underground parking was a little tricking getting into...Very narrow entrance...Would suggest just parking out in thr front of the hotel...
great location,very comfortable
Quality of the room and service
Beautiful room with every kind of amenity. More than we would normally spend, but certainly worth it.
Phenomenally luxurious considering the price. Simply stunning. Presumably an out of season promotional rate. Out of town location. Only one restaurant in walking distance.
I liked the staff very personable and helpful from drink selections to menu options. The hotel itself and grounds were immaculate. It was extremely easy to find
the casion meals were reasonablly priced and quite tasty cost of the rooms a bit prohibitive for seniors
I liked that I could find it easy from the hiway because I was unfamiliar with the area. Check in was easy. The lounge was nice and the food at the clubhouse was great I can't think of anything it was excellent I plan on staying again
we had dinner in the cafeteria and went for the evening in the casiono and walked around the grounds and took some lovely pictures.
The views of the mountains were beautiful. Very nice location and very clean. Friendly staff.
