It was the best option for us as we arrived on a late night flight, so we stayed there for the first night before heading into Osaka the following day. Staff were very efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and child friendly. It is quite a long distance from Osaka so it may not be the best place to base for sightseeing. But if you are on a business trip and want to be very close to the airport this hotel would be a great option.
It is very convenient. I can walk to the hotel from the airport.
Service, room cleanliness, room size, amenities and dining facilities Breakfast buffet was superb!
Convenient airport location
It was very clean and comfortable. It is so close to the train line and the airport. I dont have anything bad to write
Courtesy and assistanc eprovided by front desk staff.
Friendly staff Very poor facilities for a 5 star Hotel. No Gym, pool or exercise related facility. No bar, can only get a drink from a vending machine or one of the many resturants, which lack atmosphere. No water/nothing in the fridge in the room and extremeley smalll bathroom.
Close to the airport
Air conditioned, free shuttle to airport (15 minutes or less), cozy but nice room
Close to airport, great staff, adjacent to train. Rooms could be updated for the price.
Really good attention and professional staff. Sorry ,but the mattresses bed was to uncomfortable.
Was stuck at the immigration for 2 hours at night. Luckily there was still a last bus shuttle at 11.30pm which I managed to catch. If not, it will be difficult to try and find my way to the hotel from the airport. None
It is attached by a catwalk to the Rinku Town rail station, allowing it to be a hub for those flying out of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. A 24/7 mart exists on the 2nd floor. The hotel rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The hotel was not cheap and not expensive. Perhaps if I had flown at a less busy time of year it would have been priced more reasonably, however it was a better choice than the other hotel I stayed at when I flew in to Kansai.
It was close to the airport and had a free shuttle There was no availability for non-smoking rooms, so we had to book a smoking room which definitely stank. Even the hallways smelled of smoke. Also, the rooms are very outdated.
cleanliness, proximity to airport, free shuttle, friendly English speaking staff, shower amenities, big beds (rare in Japan), air-conditioned, quiet and safe neighborhood, easy to find from the train station (Izumisano)
Excellent and very valuable shuttle bus service between Kansei International Airport and Hotel and also frequent shuttle to local railway station. Wonderful views from the restaurant which had great breakfast food and wonderful, friendly staff None to think of, although room was just adequate size with our luggage
Shuttle bus facility was good but needed more publicity, though we found out from the tourist office at Kansai Airport where the shuttle bus would leave from and when. The breakfast was excellent value with stunning views. The only food available in the hotel in the evening was in the Japanese restaurant which proved slightly too pricey.
Shuttle to rinku town, but very difficult to ascertain specifics through its website. Ended up taking the Jr line to rinku instead of an airport pickup. Far from everything. Rooms and bathroom are small. Communication is an issue including a poor website.
