Pros (+) Maya is a beautifully designed guest house. The owners put a lot of thought into re-purposing an old doctors office into a cozy place for travellers. Cons (-) The bunk by the window can be chilly when the weather is cold because it’s an old building, but there are extra blankets to keep warm. Noise travels easily so the times guests were enjoying late night chatting and music we had to be careful not to be too loud. Maybe there’s a way to put some sound insulation in the building in future plans.
