Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic location near shopping, food, and public transport, making it convenient for both leisure and business. Many found the beds comfortable and rooms spacious. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with frequent complaints about cockroaches, dirty bathrooms, and unpleasant smells. Noise from traffic and nearby entertainment venues also disturbed several guests. Service is generally acceptable, with some positive mentions of helpful staff, but issues like absent reception and insufficient staff were noted. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and comfort, but improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
