After a long flight, I will say that I was happy to be able to check in at 3am instead of having to wait for the normal afternoon check-in time.
The Hotel was in very bad shape. I was very surprised and unhappy of the way that the Hotel looked when I exited my taxi. Entering the Hotel did not make things better. The rooms were very small and outdated. I was very unhappy to the point that I just went and found second Hotel. So this room option was truly a mess. Not trying to be rude or difficult. I am not hard to please, but just skip this option.
Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Restaurant on premises offers passable but bland Indian food. Restaurant did not have a panoramic view as advertised. Hotel is conveniently located central to business district. Staff were helpful recommending nearby shopping.
Hotel shuttle from the airport was somewhat pricey (6 dinar). The staff have their own taxi driver who charges an even pricier fare (7 dinar) to return to the airport. At check-in I was required to hand over my passport and visa and told they would be returned to me. They were not. When I got to the airport and realized they still had my passport, I called them and told them I needed them to send it to the airport right away so I could make my flight departing in 45 minutes. Instead, they waited until their taxi driver returned and then sent him back. I nearly missed the flight. Moreover, the taxi driver would not give me my passport until I paid his outrageous fare a second time. I will not return.
the room is not as the photo on the web site. It is very small, not like the photo.
Almost nothing. Hotel staff was kind.
It is very dirty and the pictures they have used in the web page are not reflecting the reality, cheat!!!. It needs fundamental renovation. It recommend you to take out this hotel from your list, since your reliability will be jeopardized. We were deeply disappointed, if we decided to stay long we would change the hotel.
Restaurant that breakfast was served.
Carpets/Curtains/Bed sheets were not clean. No hair drier in the room, we had to borrow from reception. Any noise outside could be heard (because of thin glass or no good seal). Also electrical plugs was not a standard but hotel provided converter which can only fits in bathroom.
superb value for money. great help in arranging transport around town. nice restaurant on top floor
The Location, cleanness, very friendly staff and the timming of check in/out.
Good price for a room in Kuwait. Cold air conditioning in the room which is furnished modestly. Clean. Staff was very friendly and ready to offer anything you needed. Restaurant is located on the 10th floor. The shopping mall (The Avenues) was just a short distance (cab ride) but well worth the trip.
smelly rugs, no fitness room, bad bedding
