Pros: Two sinks and two counter areas with electrical outlets. Electrical outlets in base of desk lamp. Nice little balcony.
Cons: Comfy chair could use a new covering.
Pros: Good solid value. Good breakfast. Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful.
Cons: Regrettably, even though we were in the pines in an otherwise rustic setting, the noise from nearby highway 50 was overpowering any time the room's balcony door was open. We were on the 2nd floor. Perhaps the first floor rooms would have been quieter.
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located to break up the drive from the Bay Area to Tahoe, great for overnight ski trips. It's only 40 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and breakfast was included, which was a nice perk.
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for what we planned. Easy to get to and clean. Bed are very comfortable. Slept very well.
Pros: It was handy to Coloma. It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: It seemed so dark. There was no fan for the bathroom, so the room got muggy.
Nice alpine atmosphere. Located in center of town and close to nearby activities.
Pros: Closeness to relative's house where we were having a family reunion.
Cons: I was in a smoking room although I'm a non smoker. They had no more non-smoking rooms left.

Pros: Bang for the buck. Room was quite large with all the amenities one would expect. Very clean. Extremely satisfied.
Cons: Could have had a wall hangar in the restroom. But not a big deal, I'm just nit picking.
When visiting Pollock Pines, Westhaven Inn Pollock Pines is a great choice to consider. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. A terrace and a garden are offered, and rooms have conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: Bad food and super expensive
Very Noisy all night long from snow equipment, but hey the noise from the refrigerator and the super loud bathroom fan helped overpower the CATs that groom the mountain as they drove by our window.
cold not cool the room, was 80 degrees in winter, for some reason it was always overheated.
Foldout bed and couch were very uncomfortable
Super cramped micro studio, really a hotel room with a kitchen
No social life, everything closes at 430 and you are in a ghost town despite being a holiday weekend, strange
Way overpriced, facilities should be much much nicer for the $350 plus plus a night for a micro studio
Pros: Low key and relaxed. Staff made a real effort to please. Comfortable.
Cons: Lack of choices for places to eat. Limited grocery shopping selection.
Pros: Value. Proximity to slopes. Size of room.
Cons: Room was extremely low budget. Tv was tiny and did not work (no cable). Bed was uncomfortable to the point that sleeping on the mattress was impossible

Pros: Great location to Lover's Leap climbing. Good food.
Cons: Just be aware that the bathroom is shared among all the guests. We were there on a weekday and were the only guests staying there so it wasn't an issue, but one toilet and on bathroom shared among the 14 rooms probably becomes an issue on the weekends when it fills up.
Cons: I didn't like that there were dead moths on the floor, no TV or AC. The bed spread/ quilt had tears on it.
I tried getting something to eat there as well but was only served a drink from a child. After waiting about 15 minutes and unable to place my order I decided to leave and drive 30 minutes to find a place to eat.
Pros: River beind room.
Cons: Looks like everything was 30 years old... Pretty gross....
