Pros. The whole hotel was so fancy and My parents got satisfied by their kind service. Amenities were good, ah they supplied us twin double bed and it was also good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons. The only problem of this hotel was the location. Not too bad but can't explain it's good. We 4 families always used taxi but solo or couple travelers may feel the taxi fee in Osaka is a little bit expensive.
