There was a wonderful lady who checked me in named Yumi. She was so helpful & nice! Also, Lento (I think) was also very nice & easy to talk to about the facilities. The bathrooms were clean! The beds were comfy. I was at another place that had very hard beds & I didn’t like that. So this was good. The beds were soft & didn’t hurt my back. I loved the showers-they were clean & easy to use. I loved that there was chamomile soap for free.
