Pros (+) The location and staff were amazing. Right across from the JR line tracks. Staff was very helpful, offering suggestions of where to eat and sights to see. Rooms were very large and comfy! We’d come back for sure!

Cons (-) The mattress is as firm as it gets. I had difficulty sleeping on my side or back. The hotel configuration is not suitable if your room is situated far from the elevator. It seems the elevator is at one end of hotel and our room at the opposite end. Hotel is U-shaped and we walked liked 200 meters to the elevators.
