Cons (-) Everything besides the desk clerks. The property is filthy. They blame it on renovations to a Motel 6/Studio 6, but mid construction sights are cleaner. Very disappointed!!

Cons (-) I didn't stay here. I took one look at the room, went straight back to the lobby and asked for a refund. It was nasty! The wallpaper was coming off the walls, it stunk and it didn't have have the amenities it was suppose to and the outside smelled like someone had been smoking weed. I won't ever come back here again.
Pros (+) The staff were great, except for the morning desk staff who did not seem to want to be bothered by guests.
Cons (-) This could be a nice hotel but it was quite a bit run down and out dated. Mold in the shower, peeling wall paper, open holes in the wall. The bedding was clean, but nothing else felt clean in the place.
Pros (+) The clerk who checked me in was awesome and very customer focused. The location was very good as well.
Cons (-) The non-smoking room had been smoked in and was very filthy. Trash, condom wrapper, cigarette butts on the floor and I found what looked and smelled like remnants of cannabis in a nightstand. Fortunately the attendant moved me to a cleaner room real quick. This appears to be the type of place that allows extended stay.
Pros (+) I traveled alone to GA to visit my mother and stayed for 4 nights. This hotel was convenient to town and the highway. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating, the shower was hot, the bed was comfy. The room comes with a refrigerator and microwave. All rooms have outside doors like a motel. Cons (-) The coffee in the lobby was horrible, but luckily a Starbucks is very close by. The exterior could use a little freshening but it was immaculate. I have no complaints.
