Cons: The bed was a little hard
Pros: Clean and close to main downtown

Pros: Great value for the price. The hotel was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. Recommend getting a room with a terrace on the 3rd floor. The hotel location is preferred because it's a few blocks from the noisy town center. Staff is an A+.
Cons: Not sure if there were washing machines or dryers running at night, but some sort of machinery was loud in the middle of the night. Ear plugs solved the noise problem.
Pros: My room is with balcony, nice view. The room is big. Very clean n tidy. The rooftop is open, u can enjoy good view as well.
Cons: The wifi signal is always with problem.
Pros: I loved the decorations of the public areas, the rooftop has a table and chairs, perfect for spending time sightseeing the town.

Pros: Well appointed chalet cottage, incl. mini kitchen + picture view of tranquil orchard garden. Garden was a joy to walk around and relax in. Parking onsite. Easy to find. Great value for money.
Cons: Quite a steep walk uphill from the centre (10 mins) but we knew that. Room a touch chilly at night (it was November) and no wood available for the fire. But not a big problem

Cons: Was really clean
Pros: Convenient to the plaza, restaurants and shopping.
Cons: There is no heat in the room or bath; 41F at night. Be prepared to climb several flights of stairs with your luggage. Take your own coffee as the mix left next to the coffee maker is a Mexican beverage with cinnamon and lots of sugar. There is no real coffee served in the hotel. Breakfast is traditional Mexican and everything drowned in red sauce. No one in the hotel speaks any english so polish up your Spanish. Breakfast and Mexican coffee (sugar and cinnamon) only available after 9 am. There is no Wifi in the rooms as the signal is very weak. Works in the restaurant. There is no lobby.

Pros: The location was excellent! We had a family cabbin located in the middle of the woods that made us feel in contact with nature and had such a relaxing time.
Pros: Staff is SUPER helpful. Our rental car’s transmission failed and we had to leave the car overnight. They were super attentive and allowed it. We checked out early and went to walk to the town’s plaza. During that time they saved our luggage and held it for us until the rental car company sent a driver to get us and take us back to the airport. Love love this place!

Cons: The bathroom shower was a bit moldy and the chimney in our room was clogged so room filled with smoke.
Cons: Cold water
Pros: Nice and cozy place for relaxing
Cons: The cabin was super dirty, the curtains next to the fireplace were super ashy. The wall next to the bed had tons of mold and the smell was awful, next thing on morning I spoke to the front desk representative and she kindly changed us. The second cabin was cleaner however there was a previous water leak in the bathroom.
Pros: The property itself is beautiful.

Pros: Nice to have a fireplace
Cons: Room was very sparsely furniture. No comfortable way to sit and enjoy the fireplace. Rude staff at the reception.
Cons: The bed. Did not sleep as the springs are felt totally in this bed, enough that it actually hurts to lay on. Enjoyed the whole stay with exception of the mattress on bed.
Pros: Ubication was excellent, a very clean place and confortable
Cons: The Water was cut twice
Pros: The place is beautiful! And the rooms are really cozy.
Cons: The WiFi doesn’t work at all.
Pros: Beautiful location, great view from restaurant, cute cabins for rooms. Landscaping was very pretty.
Pros: The location of the property is really good. Near to the downtown and other areas. The view from the room is amazing and the staff was supportive. Fire place is worth mentioning.
Cons: The food at the restaurant can be better. I will not say it was bad, but it can be better. The options for food had Pizza, but they said Pizza is not available this weekend. Kind of weird.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: I had to go to a near by bar to watch a soccer game because the tv was not programmed properly and was not able to watch the game in my cabin.

Pros: Our host Estella is wonderful and welcoming. There is a lovely garden and it was very quiet and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing! It was all good.
Pros: Near to downtown good location.
Pros: Estella, who is the actual owner's Mom, is the main employee and just about the sweetest person on Earth. She brought us some kind of homemade confection she had made herself once we were settled in--killer delicious--and when she discovered I had left my phone there she called the bus station to tell the ticket clerk, so she could tell me. Staying here is like staying at your Grandma's when you were little--you just feel taken care of.
Cons: The shower in the closet called the bathroom had nearly zero water pressure, emitted only a weak mist, and a cold one at that. My daughter braved it as long as she could, then washed here hair in the sink, which oddly had hot water. The shower was so ridiculous she even took a video of it.
Cons: Deferred maintenance in room but immaculately clean.
Pros: The place it self it's beautiful but the insecurities of the tourist is not worth it...
Cons: I Got Kidnapped a night before I left, they had all my information based on booking they are able to hack booking.com and get all your info. It was the worse experience...
Pros: I liked the shower lot of pressure and hot water
Cons: very cold room, terrible bed and even worse pillows
Pros: Such contrasts here which spoiled my stay :-( The young man at reception during check-in and the evening was charming, helpful and very professional. The woman at reception in the morning was rude and did not even apologise for keeping me waiting for my key when she deserted her desk which has no bell. On departure she did not stop talking to her friend on the phone to thank me and say goodbye. Very unprofessional. My “suite” was a large room, not a set of rooms. The fireplace was stocked with wood and matches and worked well. However, a comfortable chair to sit in front of the fire is missing. In fact there was no chair or table in the room. I rescued a rather uncomfortable metal dining chair from the balcony. The lighting was very dim, unsurprisingly as 1 bedside lamp didn’t work and in total 3 bulbs were broken. It was necessary to keep the bathroom light on to light the hallway, otherwise one could not see. The small ugly modern ceiling light needed to be left on too. The dark wooden doors and panelling were pleasant and in keeping with the general style of Mazamitla. However, somebody tried their hand at decorating and completely spoiled the atmosphere by adding countless kitchy pictures and ornaments. If you keep your eyes closed, you will possibly enjoy this hotel.
Cons: The negatives are mentioned above.
Pros: Underground parking tight but nice. Location good front desk polite and helpful enough though he spoke no English. Room large and clean large bed thank god had a heavy blanket
Cons: Very hard bed no mattress cover and bottom sheets had holes in them. Black mold on wall. Jacuzzi tub floods floor when u drain it. No hot water until an hour after telling front desk. Lights very dim very cold no heat no fireplace with tender care it could be made nice towels were course and scarce
Cons: Run down, cold
Pros: Centrally located, off street parking, walking distance to centro and restaurants
Cons: Beds were a little uncomfortable, excessive noise from the lobby
Pros: Great location. Jacuzzi. Big bed.
Cons: Very cold in winter and no heating. Wifi didn’t work at all in the rooms. The toilet was broken, the nice girl at reception did try and fix it but it didn’t get fixed. After we had used the jacuzzi and we were emptying the water, it overflowed and went all over the bathroom. With these issues this was not worth the money we paid, we weren’t even offered anything to compensate us for the hassles.

Pros: the hotel is excellent value for money, close to the main square, clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Very noisy at evenings as cars with booming speakers pass constantly. But as the locals usually go to sleep early, it doesn't bother too much at nights :)
Pros: Location is good.
Cons: Bed mattress and pillows were quite hard my husband didn’t sleep well both nights we stayed. There was only 2 medium sized towels, not even hand or flour towel. When we put one of them on the floor by the shower, it became super dirty. That was a very dirty bathroom floor. Shower head sprayed water to every direction except the one it supposed to shower - on the person!!! Water was hot though. Overall quite overpriced in compare to hotels in the area. We did check prices around. And the last thing- room wasn’t cleaned by hotel service both days we were in the hotel.
Cons: Friendly staff
