10.0 Excellent
Pros: How close it was to where I needed to be and the view is gorgeous of the mountain top with snow on it
Cons: It was perfect
6.0 Good
Pros: Its location near Newberry Crater Volcanic National Monument. Bed quality very good. Reasonably good free breakfast. Room fairly large, with a couch.
Cons: Needs renovating. Door didn't latch. A few hairs and a nail in the bathroom, so I didn't tip. Slow wi-fi. Overpriced, but so is everything in the Bend, Oregon area. I suspect it takes advantage of its isolation. The area would benefit from competition.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I think they are able to offer pre packaged choices. Individual boxes of cereal, a variety of fruits, breakfast bars and plenty of sealed juices and milk. A sack with an apple, breakfast bar, mini muffin and water isn't breakfast. That is a snack.
Cons: The breakfast offered was insanely poor and not much at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and full breakfast in the morning.
7.0 Good
Cons: They didn't allow dogs.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean
Cons: We found an old orange under our bed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and the staff was very nice
Cons: The pool was closed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and well located
Cons: My sister left her knee pillow , and I called 40 minutes after we left to say we were coming back to get it, and they said no such pillow was found in the room. That was a lie! It was left there. And it was sentimental.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Needs an elevator, its tough for old folks to get luggage up to flights of stairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a property that should be a model for other lodging venues. The check in was painless and the staff were extremely welcoming. The room is spacious and very sanitary. The TV system and wifi are stellar. The percieved value is off the charts. I gave this property a 10 but it should be 100000. The hotel even provided a grab and go b'fast sack during this covid problem. Well done folks!!
Cons: N/A
7.0 Good
Pros: Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice large room. Attractive lobby area. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons: I was so exhausted that it ended up not being much of an issue but if I had needed to stay on for another night or two I would have been forced to ask for another room. Reason? There was some sort of nearby very loud machine that would come on intermittently and stay on for several minutes. As I say I was so tired that I managed to sleep reasonably well in spite of the noise but even at that it was not at all pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed is big.
Cons: Need more lites in the parking lot.

Pros: The room was comfortable especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I did not care for the continental breakfast. It was all carbohydrates. The donuts and bagels seemed like they were not fresh.
