Pros: Marina was there to welcome us when we arrived. She even tried to help other visitors who could not contact the other apartment owner in the same building! She took time to explain everything in details. Our room was tastefully decorated and actually felt nicer than the pictures here. Pastries, juices provided are enough for our breakfast. The location is very closed to La Spezia train station for visiting Cinque Terre. Restaurants within 5 minutes walking. What else could we ask?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Marina is the most friendly, welcoming and helpful host. We stayed in a large room with private bathroom - spotlessly clean and modern facilities. Complimentary basket of breads and pastries and mini fridge in room. Quiet street just minutes walk from train station. Absolutely lovely stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host, Marina, was awesome! Super helpful, and spoke great English.
Cons: Parking could have been easier (free lot some distance away was always full)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was so friendly and helpful , honestly the best person we have met in Italy! The room is nicely decorated even the wardrobe nods! Even though washroom is a bit small it doesn’t stop us from enjoying the hot shower. Place is clean. The bed is super comfortable and I love it. The location is right across the train station and we were provided with detailed routes from the host so we got it in the fastest way. The place is very quiet and we had good sleep. The host helped us hold our luggages and were even there when we came back to pick it up.
Cons: Small washroom can’t really hold two people together but we don’t mind.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff n complimentary snacks.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location!! Marina is very very nice and accommodating The room was spotless (clean!!!) The bathroom is wonderful after a long day Marina had a good recommendation for the restaurant. Pros: Good óption in terms of cost and for one night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Marina the manager was so kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better host. She really made our stay enjoyable and let us check in early. She also let us leave our baggage there while we were visiting the Cinque Terre. This place has a homey feel in the heart of La Spezia and is less than a 5 minute walk to the central train station.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. There is paid street parking nearby if you are lucky to find a spot. Sunday parking is free however. There are also parking garages nearby within walking distance.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was my first trip to a European country. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Jessica is a very helpful and friendly host. The room was very clean and it included everything that you would need just like if you were to stay in a hotel. The breakfast was La Spezia style breakfast- croissants with fillings, almond biscuits and a variety of tea and coffee. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great accommodation in La Spezia! I felt very comfortable in that room. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There is only a small hinged window and a ceiling fan, but you know that at the time of booking and for me it was sufficient :) Jessica told me everything I needed to know about La Spezia and the surrounding area when I arrived and gave me tips for excursions that were all very rewarding - thanks again! The breakfast is served in a café around the corner, also here everybody was very friendly. You can get a croissant or focaccia, juice and coffee - everything the Italian heart desires. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a delightful place to stay! Jessica has done an amazing - and loving - job of converting an apartment in a 1000 year old building into three guest rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. My room was comfortable, cute, and relaxing. Jessica’s knowledge, heart, and energy made my stay perfect.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was great!

Pros: Jessica, who runs A Ca' de Nino, was amazing! On our arrival she gave us tips of what to do and where to go, along with maps and practical info, which made our stay wonderful and unforgettable! The room was prepared with love and care and we returned each day to find chocolates on our pillows! The location is perfect - within walking distance of anywhere you would need or want to go to.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms comfortable, clean and had lots of room. Beautiful glass doors and lots of hanging space for clothes. Reception area well lit and quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! The location in the very centre, the room (bright, tidy, stylish), the reception. The host Christina was extremely nice - has sent all the instructions and recommendations (La spezia, parking, eating out, breakfast, Cinque Terre etc) via whatsapp, she stayed connected during whole our stay. Anything we needed - she will help, from table booking to places to eat in Florence -any-thing! The service level you would not see much an in Italy! Very-very pleasant! And she is a great personality just to chat with :) Gratzie!
Cons: The only thing to point out for the future guests which is not related to the rooms itself, but to the parking. There are free parking options a bit far away, also you can park on the street for 1,5eur/h (free 8PM-8AM), but we liked the suggested option to park at the Porto Mirabello and we were told it’s around 10 eur per day. When we were leaving after two nights we had to pay 52 eur. So, either a misunderstanding or a wrong parking area , anyway there was noone to ask as the payment was via machine and only in cash.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was beautiful and the host was really helpful. We loved our stay here.

Pros: No breakfast.
Cons: I don’t have telephone service in Italy—a big problem since that is how property is notified. I thought WiFi would do but only way to contact manager at the moment was telephoning. I stopped a passerby who called. It was 9 pm and a bit scary to be out alone on the street. I was coming from Malta and could not tell her exactly when I was arriving.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome owners, very kind and helpful with all the aspects of the stay (planning the trip, advising on transport, etc). Great localization - only couple kilometers away from La Spezia, but already feels remote enough and lost in the mountains, which is great, so calm and pleasant! Very good breakfast - diversified and seems to be based on very local products. House itself is surrounded by endless nature, very well equipped, comfy bed. Feels just like home.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Roberta and David made this a perfect vacation within a vacation. We felt like we were at home. They are the most gracious hosts we've ever had anywhere. The breakfasts were fabulously delicious and us being vegan had minimal impact as they accommodated our needs. While the property was in a perfect location, it was the hosts which made this the special time it was. Fantastic!!!!!!
Cons: Everything was perfect.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hosts, helped with planning a day trip to Cinque Terre. The location of the B&B is stunning, with view on the hills. Although it's a few kilometers from La Spezia city center there are (good) dining options nearby - especially fish restaurant Bertolini is recommended.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the middle of town near restaurants and boutiques but quiet at night. Approx. 15 minutes walk from train station and the same easy walk to the boat terminal to visit Cinque Terre. This is not a hotel more like a B&B. The hosts do not live at the apartment. Giorgio and his wife are extremely nice hosts and they gave us all the information about La Spezia and what we needed to know to visit Cinque Terre. The rooms are large, nice and very clean.
Cons: Good to know that the single beds are comfortable but very narrow. Not to recommend for heavier persons. The air conditioning in the bedroom with the single beds did work fine but was too noisy to keep it running during the night. Therefore it was very hot in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Giorgio, the host very charming and active. Great Location that allowed us to explore good restaurants, museo, morning market, supermarket. Finding the bus stop to Porto Venere is easy. Heater working well. Air con. Wifi. Extra bottles of drinking water. Facilities are well-provided. Check-in time very flexible.
Cons: I think the bed in my room is too low for a bad knee person to rise up actively.

Pros: Room was very clean, great location, good coffee and tea from the house and the staff was very nice
Cons: No heat
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay! The hotel is right in town, so that has great advantages and a couple disadvantages. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping and things to do in La Spezia. On the down side, it’s a bit hard to find and parking is a few blocks away. But this hotel’s advantages far outweigh the minor inconveniences. Of navigation and parking! I will stay there again when I visit La Spezia.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Kind and helpful staff. Good location. Check-in parking place. Tea making facility. Gratis water / champagne. Kind and relatively flexible breakfest staff (at the bar).
Cons: Weak wifi signal, always lost connection! Any 14 years old could tell that where and what type of 50 euros AP could solve this. Not a quiet accommodation: interior soundproof is terrible, you can hear the snore from the other room. At 6 AM woke up because of knocking from above. The exerior soundproof exlude noises of the city, except shouting of clients of the nearby bar. So a few hours restful sleep maximum. Narrow shower. The 2 portions (for 2 persons) of shower gel and shampoo are enough for one person, so do not leave all of your cleanser at home :). Few place to pack in the bathroom. Parking in the harbour is expensive (~25 eur / day), but on the street there are such faces that you do not want to leave your car there. The length of the cable of the tea making facility and the mixing spoon has not been tested :). Breakfest: piece of breadlike food (without anything), 1 croisant (with optional taste), natural yoghurt (a huge portion), 1 dl juice, 1 hot drink.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was lovely and central for everything.
Cons: The breakfast was very limited. And the staff unsure of what you could have with the voucher. So we got something different every day whichbwasnt much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was really nice, it’s like an apartment with 5/6 rooms, the rooms included complementary water, champagne, cookies coffee tea. Breakfast is in a cafe couple blocks away, it’s an Italian breakfast not so many choices. The staff was nice it included some discounts for the boat but they only work if u take it in La Spezia, the boat company in Monterosso where we hop on didn’t recognized them. Bathroom was clean but the shower was a little bit small. Overall it was a very good experience
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean, good location.
Cons: Was a bit cold

Le Ville Relais is made of 2 typical Ligurian houses, set in a splendid position in the West of the Gulf of La Spezia. The premises are surrounded by by olive groves and Mediterranean countryside, with a swimming pool and sun terrace. The garden is scattered with olive groves and lemon trees. Pros: Great view without compromise. Cosy hotel on the top of the mountain with the view to the coast and the city. Booked it because of the view and the pool, and did not disappointed. Perfect if you want escape from the noise of the city and enjoy panoramic view from the terrace or the balcony of your room.
Cons: I do not consider it as disadvantage but if you have no car should consider having a taxi as it is outside the city and moutain road is quite steep.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is on a middle of a very high stairs (google map can't point the exact position but so far is ok for us to reach to. The host surprised us with a small garden and garden table for tea/coffee.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like is the location but I think it's suitable to the price we paid. Very recommend to ones who can walk upstair a little bit to get to the hotel. Handicap people are not recommended.
7.1 Good
Pros: Check in was super. We had a few minor issues upon arrival and the host was lightning fast in resolving them. A/C was incredibly helpful given record summer temperatures. Facility was cleaned daily, which was a wonderful surprise.
Cons: Not specific to this property, but beware that just about any booking in La Spezia is going to be up long flights of stairs. Ground floor means ground floor after climbing the city stairs to the location. Really isn't anyway around this. Good Night Moon is in the middle of a good-sized set of city stairs.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast, excellent cleanliness!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: very nice staff. Clean. recommend.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with excellent variety and I would make particular note of how friendly and efficient the team were.
Cons: The hotel layout was quite dysfunctional with a single small lift and we found ourselves walking the 7 floors to breakfast. I ALSO found the shower exceptionally small and I am not a large man.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was pretty good - close to the city centre and pretty close to the train station as well but I have to say, the alleys closest to the hotel are awful and can get very uncomfortable at night. Staff at the reception - 5/5 but staff at the bar and breakfast - 2/5, hence the overall rating.
Cons: The room was too big and felt very uncomfortable. We were housed in a room with a large balcony overlooking those shady streets (see above) and heard weird noises at night. We had no real feeling of safety in the room and were not satisfied with it. Granted, this only affects a small number of guests, it was still a problem for us. The breakfast was extremely poor for a 4* hotel. Lack of fresh fruits - they brought fruit salad at around 8:00 am, while the breakfast started at 7:00 am -> when you want to head out for a trip early in the morning, even 1 hour makes a difference. When you place a whole pineapple on the breakfast tray, you cannot consider it a fresh fruit as there is no way to cut it up - it was more for show than for eating. If your destination is Cinque Terre, I would not recommend staying in La Spezia but rather consider in Monterosso or Levante.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: A/C turned off for the remainder of the season.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything perfect

3.3 Mediocre
Cons: No parking and attention to details really bad. Not recommendable
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good location.
Cons: Some renovation activity is needed in bathroom. Inside door are demmaged and needs rto be repear.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Was a last minute stop dues to terrible weather and touring on a motorbike... Was very helpful
Cons: No heating at the time and we needed to dry our clothes
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff members Mirko and Paola were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the large woman on reception when we arrived was unfriendly and claimed that if my sister and I wanted two beds we could find another hotel (and not be charged! Wow) when it was a simple matter of separating two single beds. She allocated us a room on the less scenic side of the hotel despite me paying for a deluxe room with a view, so we were a little disappointed. But thankfully I only dealt with Mirko (and Paola once) thereafter and was treated well. The hotel is in a great area and we felt safe.
Cons: The large woman with a bad attitude (I didn’t seek her name and avoided her thereafter) on reception on the day we checked in, a back room on the less scenic side of the hotel which she allocated us.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location: right across the harbour, if you want to take the boat for Cinque Terre; Parking: very close Europe Parking , 12 € per day
Cons: Specialy the bathroom....a strange sensation that is not clean , nicely beeing said.... Black mold on the corners, the sink ... I put a tissue in the hole not to see the dirt...Bathtub very sleepery, dangerous to stand and take a shower! In the room crakers on the walls! Something above the bad with dust....Very very desapointing for a 4 stars NH...and very expensive offering a room like that... with view ....
