Quality Inn & Suites

Staff was personable and easy to talk to. A stones throw from the freeway. Very noisy which made it hard to sleep.Non smoking room but the entire ground floor smelled like cigarettes.The extra $20 fee to 'upgrade' to a room with two beds. Turned out to be an expensive room!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms bordered on disgusting. Dirt, and evident mildew in the corners and a grimy bath tub. I called to ask for supplies to clean. They brought a worn out sponge and cleanser. Interestingly, they made no attempt to learn what needed them or offer to clean it. Maybe it happens often?

Location was perfect for us Customer service of front desk was horrible. My cc was charged twice. Three days later I am still waiting for a refund. There were a whole bus load of young girls running around like crazy.

It is always nice having breakfast in the morning. The hotel is outdated, the bathtub in the room was filthy, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows are uncomfortable throw pillows & the staff were not knowledgeable about their own place of work. I also did not like that I was charged twice for my stay.

The front desk person was nice. They charged us 20 dollars to upgrade to two beds, the blanket had what looked like a diarrhea stain, the hotel was dated, the breakfast was biscuits and gravy, the biscuits had to be cut with a knife. In the gym, nothing worked in the gym.

TV and shower nice Sink had someone's shaved whiskers in, motel smelled funny maybe due to animals on first floor, breakfast was only ok.

Location Air conditioner did not work properly. Came pn and cooled room, then turned itself off, room got hot and stuffy. A.C. could not be turned back on for several hours.

Location and breakfast was good and plentiful Staff was not helpful when requesting 2 beds. Just wanted to charges us more $20.00 dollars more and then the price of the room ended up costing more them what the hotel normally charges for a room.

The gal at the front desk and the (older) housekeeping(?) man who prepped our room. They were very attentive and made every effort to accommodate us. The gal was also restocking breakfast. She's a very hard working and positive employee. Age of hotel scratched up bathroom door & latch stuck, room repair work - wall where shower rod hung, bathroom so small the door barely missed hitting commode Disappointed there wasn't a swimming pool Surprised wasn't elevator, ltd breakfast in sm area

Staff Was supposed to be smoke free room But you could smell that it had been heavily smoked in.

It was really pricey for what it came with and the quality of the hotel.
